2. Holding You Tight

One thing I have learned through all that has happened is, people will come and go in your life, and whether they leave because of death or because you simply lose touch, when it comes to the person you love "Til death do us apart" is just an understatement, because death doesn't do you apart. The one you love will always be with you, whether they are dead or alive. And this goes for everyone you have ever loved and who has ever loved you. So, don't let the world fool you. Amazing things can happen when you have faith. -Harry

3. Remember?

Harry's P.O.V.

"She's gone." I mumbled to Gemma.

Louis had taken her to the hospital. Now all I had to do was wait for a phone call.

"I'm so sorry. She was a great girl." Gemma said rubbing circles on my back.

"You're not as sorry as I am right now. I was a real ass to her."

"Harry! No you weren't! You were very good to her. You spoiled that girl! She loved you because you were the guy she needed."

My phone rang and I picked it up.

"Hello?" I said into the phone.

"She's alive! She's awake! But... She doesn't remember a thing." Louis said.

"Nothing? Not her dad, you, me, anyone?"

"Nope. But if you come down to the hospital right now we can start jogging her memory."

"Be down in a second."

I hung up the phone and looked at Gemma. She had hope in her eyes and I smiled and nodded at her. Her hope turned to excitement.

We both rushed down to the hospital and went to Emma's room.

I walked in and saw Louis talking to her. She laughed at a joke he made and then looked at me.

"Oh, are you Harry? Louis was talking about you. He said you were my boyfriend, but I seriously doubt that because I'm a nobody and you're famous!" She said.

I flinched at the word "famous". I hate that word.

"Uh, that doesn't mean I can't be your boyfriend." I said.

I didn't really know what else to say. She doesn't remember a thing, so there's not much else to talk about. I gave Louis the 'we need to talk' look. He nodded and told Gemma to try and jog her memory by telling her stories.

"So, how much longer does she need to stay here?" I asked Louis.

"Two more days. They want to make sure nothing else is wrong with her. Because what just happened, shouldn't have." He said.

"Harry!" I heard Gemma call.

I walked into the room and saw Emma's eyes go big.

"I remember you. I remember everything about you. Now, if you could help me remember what we did and who all these other people are, that would definitely help." She said.

I smiled. I wanted to know what Gemma did to get her to remember me. It's weird because it usually takes weeks to get people to remember you.

"Harry, I think it would be best if you spent the night with her." Louis said patting my shoulder.

I nodded and smiled at him. He smiled back and whispered, "Don't have sex in the hospital, okay?"

I laughed and whispered back, "Doubt she'll want to."

It was 11:00pm by the time everyone left. The doctors came in and out. But once it hits midnight the doctors won't be coming back till 10:00am.

"What was I like? I don't really remember my personality." She said.

I wanted to cry. I couldn't look at her and tell her what she was like.

"Uh... You were always happy. You took stuff very seriously for a while, but then you let loose and had fun. You loved kids and cats..."

"And you were my world." She said cutting me off.

I smiled and nodded. It was now midnight and I was very tired. She patted the spot next to her and I laid with her. I held her tight and we soon fell asleep.
