The heartthrob that doesn't know he's a heartthrob. The guy that never leaves the fine arts hall. The christian that goes to church three times a week. The senior with the burning blue eyes. He's a virgin that has me under a spell. And while I'm busy trying to steal his virginity, he's stealing my heart.
He's Bradley.

9. Nine

A perverted sophomore stared at me as I passed him in the hall. The way was clear, nobody in sight. I would've teased him a bit if there wasn't something holding me back. I just smiled at him, my wedges clicking against the tile quickly. I heard the guy chuckle behind me.

I walked by the stairs, and suddenly my body was yanked into the darkness of the steps. I hit the person hard in defense, and I heard a loud whimper. "Shit, Bradley. You scared me."

"Yeah, and you punched me." I saw his eyes in the dim light, and smirked as he held his abdomen in pain. I kissed his chin, and then his lips.

"I'm sorry." I giggled, grabbing his hands. He bit his lip. "So how've you been?"

"Hmm, okay. I'm a little upset that you never called after our date." He played it cool, leaning on his shoulder.

"But you're the guy." I fumbled with his collar, grinning. "You're supposed to call me."

"That's not how I work...." he rose his brows at me and I hit his arm.

"Shut up." I He couldn't help but smile. "You're not so good at being smooth."

"Well luckily, you are." he responded, and I just grabbed his neck. I pulled him down to me and gave him a rough kiss. Then another.

I saw a figure standing near us, frozen after her adventure down the stairs. She was just gawking at us. "Keep walking." I scared her, and she stepped back. My eyes widened, trying to prove my point and she literally ran away. Bradley sighed, and let out a little chuckle.

"That thing the other day..."

"What thing?" I asked him, as I reapplied my lip gloss in the front seat of his truck.

"My dad... " I looked at him, clueless. "I know you heard it."

"Oh, that." I acted like I hadn't been thinking about that all week, and shoved my makeup pouch back in my purse.

"Well, he's been acting a weird lately. It's like he gets mad for no reason, all the time. Beth thinks he's going through a mid life crisis."

"How long has it been happening?" I pushed my weight all to one side and leaned towards the blonde guy next to me.

"About a month. But I don't understand. All his life he's always been the most peaceful guy in the world. And my mom's been trying to get therapy for it but he just gets angry and starts throwing stuff. And then he'll lock himself in basement."

"Oh." I didn't exactly know what to say.

"I'm sorry, never mind." he ruffled his hair, embarrassed.

"No, it's okay. You can talk to me." I squeezed his hand. "I'm glad that you trust me."

"You seem like a trustworthy girl." He leaned in and kissed me gently, smiling in the process. "My family likes you."

"I'm surprised they did, I was dressed like a whore." I pulled my hand away. "Well, um I guess I always dress like that." I shook my head, because the subject became uncomfortable.

"Well you don't have to dress like that. Unless you want to."

"I don't know, me and the girls have always worn stuff like that. It was just force of habit after awhile."

"This may be a bit inappropriate, but I kinda like it." he grabbed my exposed hip and smiled.

"Hmmm, naughty boy. Eager, and we haven't even reached our second date."

"Well this could be counted as a date." He flashed his teeth, what a nerd.

"Okay." I bit my lip hard. He gave me a slow kiss and smiled. I decided to rub my nose against his, a cute little gesture. Then I hopped out of his truck. "Thanks for the ride."

"Anytime, Gorgeous." I blushed, and skipped to the front door. I took a quick sip of my almost empty slushie that Bradley got me in the gas station.

I waved as he drove away, and opened the door. "Hey Cherry." Gia sat on the couch, her legs crossed.

"Jesus, Gia!" I dropped my cup, and the red liquid splashed everywhere. Kyra appeared from the kitchen, with a cupcake and a bottle of apple juice in her hands. She was barefoot and her hair was up. They had obviously made themselves comfortable. "How did you get in here?"

"Your aunt was here, she let us in and told us to wait for you." Kyra told me, her mouth stuffed. "She said she was going upstairs to take a nap." she added. I retrieved a sponge from the sink and a wad of paper towel. The mess was eventually cleaned up and I joined the girls on the couch. The tv was blasting.

"Turn that down."

"Because Macy is sleeping. And she's been working since 5am." I snatched the remote and lowered the volume, then kept the device by my side.

"So how's lover boy?" Gia smirked.

"Yeah, you two seem to be pretty close."

"Ky, did you see her little grin when she walked in." they laughed together, and I rolled my eyes.

"Oh whatever." I chuckled along. "Its all part of the plan."

"Mmmmmhmmm, whatever you say Cher." They looked at each other, and shook their heads.

"You'll see." I shrugged and crossed my legs. Then the doorbell rang. I groaned.

"Hey..." I looked up at Bradley, surprised.

"Hi. You, um, left your phone in my car." I took it from him and smiled. He knew that Gia and Kyra were behind me, giggling and snorting as usual. He felt awkward, so I pushed him outside and shut the door behind me.

"Sorry, they're just... weird." I shook my head.

"No, its okay." He picked up my chin and kissed me. "I'll get going." I leaned up once more for another smooch. I squeezed his waist and bit my lip, then let myself back in.

The girls went speechless as they saw me leaned up against the door, smiling.

"Oh you are so whipped."
