How It All Began

Lauren was just a normal girl who lived in a normal city. Then, one day her mom entered her into this website contest to get One Direction tickets in Los Angeles.
I know what you are thinking.
"UGH, really another one of these stories!" But I am asking if you could please read it and give me feedback? No one ever said she won them. No ever said she lost them.

Yeah! So I hoped everyone enjoyed and had a good time!!! So back to the story, THANKS everyone for comments! I love them! So yeah, that's all I got and here is the next chapter! :)

Chapter 8-Dinners

Louis' POV

Harry just asked me and the rest of the boys if we wanted to go out to dinner tonight to just "chill" and have some fun since our tour will be ending soon. All of us weren't "crazy" about going out in the public randomly because of all the, what's the word, oh yeah, the "dedicated" fans. Some fans are a little too dedicated or in other words, obsessed. I mean, I like the ones who are creative, but when they try to find my hotel or where I live, well, it's a little scary.

I don't like to think I can't live a normal life anymore because of the fame. If I want to go out to eat with my mates and have a good time, then I should be able to go without being surrounded by a billion bodyguards and a million screaming girls. I do love each and every single one of them, but they do have to realize we are just normal people, who actually do have lives besides touring and singing. We are just five normal 18,19,20 year old boys. Maybe, I shouldn't say normal, yeah that doesn't fit our descriptions.

Apparently, the restaurant is one of those "fancy" ones, so the fans who will be there will be limited. Thank goodness!

Coming to L.A. makes me so excited because there is always new things to explore. After messing around with the boys for the afternoon, I decided to go to my hotel room to change clothes for tonight.

We all are sharing rooms except one of us who gets to be the lucky one and have it by himself. Me and Liam are sharing while Harry and Niall get another room. Of course, Zayn is the lucky one and gets his own room. Lucky duck.

Around 5:30, Liam told me to go get the other boys since our reservation was for 6:15.

I knocked on the other boy's rooms and, of course, no one answered. They better not be hiding from me. I went over to Zayn's room and knocked and still no answer. Dang it! He's probably sleeping. I wouldn't blame him, I probably take "tons" of afternoon naps after shows because I'm exhausted.

"Where did I put the spare key to his room," I mumble, searching my pockets.

Oh, I left it in the room. Walking back to my room, I noticed I must of left my key in the room too. Damn! I knocked on my door yelling Liam's name and of course he didn't open it. Where are all of them? They probably went downstairs.

We were on a higher floor, so it took me a minute or so to get to the lobby of the building from the elevator.

I walked out to find nobody in the lobby except the front desk manager. Where did everyone go? It's like the apocalypse is happening or something!

I walked up to the manager and asked her if she has seen the rest of the lads. She shook her head and went back to typing on her computer.

Uh, rude much! This is unusual, I am usually the one who does the pranks.

"Where the hell are they," I muttered.

Then, something happened that caught me off guard.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!" Four other boys screamed, jumping out from behind the desk.

I probably jumped about four feet.

Soon, them and the lady at the desk were all laughing. Laughing at me. I feel so ashamed. Haha, I am just joking. They don't realize "The Tommo" isn't easily defeated.

"Haha, Lou, you should have seen your face," Niall said, cracking up.

"Guys, not funny," I joke, "I was so worried! I thought the apocalypse was happening! No one was here, and I thought I lost you! Forever."

Hehe, dramatic me.

"Well, that's what you get for always playing PRANKS ON US," Harry exclaimed.

"Oh, I am soooooooo sorry," I sarcastically say.

We all paused for a moment before all laughing.

"Ok, so now that we did that and had a interesting time," Liam interrupted, "who's hungry?"

"ME!" We all yelled in unison.

Outside was waiting, two simple black cars for the boys and I to ride in. We can't draw too much attention, so it's not like we are going to get a white limousine and blast music throughout the whole car trip. I don't, and certainly the boys, don't roll like that. Ok, maybe a little bit sometimes, but, clearly, now is not a time.

Lauren's POV

"Dammit Lexie! Hold still!"

"I am! Hurry up with my make up! I still have to do your hair," she replied.

Our reservation was at 6:00 and it was already 5:25. Lexie and I have probably been getting ready for quit some time now, but you know what, we need to look our best if One Direction is going to be there!

Ha, I'm joking, I'm joking!

Most likely, they are flying here right now and are going to stay at their hotel. The concert is in two days, so they probably don't want to arrive too early? I don't know how this works and what runs through celebrities' minds. I don't, umm, "stalk" One Direction and know exactly where they are. I, uhhhh, just know a lot about them.

We aren't probably going to meet anyone anyways. I am not like, YES I AM GOING TO MEET SOMEONE FAMOUS AND WE ARE GOING TO BE BEST FRIENDS! That stuff only happens in the movies and books. This is reality, people, WAKE UP!

"Lauren, I need to fix your hair! It's a mess!" Lexie wined.

"Wow, thanks Lex, love you too! That makes me feel so good," I reply, finishing up her mascara.

"Hehe, your welcome!" She exclaimed, jumping down from the counter.

She started to get the "curler" things and put them throughout my hair. I do the makeup part of it, she does the hair part of it.

After what seemed like forever, Lexie finally, finished up my hair.

Spritzing the One Direction perfume on me, I did one last glance at myself before switching off the bathroom light. We both grabbed our phones and little purse "things" and some money. Slipping on our shoes, I grabbed our room key and put it into my purse-thing. What do you call it? A wallet, but a little bigger?

Walking through the parking lot, I couldn't help but notice there was a lot of white cars. I'm random like that.

Lexie put the restaurant name into the GPS as I started to pull out of the parking lot. That GPS is really going to come in handy.

Lexie's POV

Holy shittttttttt! This restaurant was so big and fancy. I looked over to Lauren who was smiling. I have this really weird feeling inside of me. Like something big is about to happen. I know it sounds cheesy, but it's true.

Walking in, I couldn't help but glance around at everything.

Wait a minute? Did I just see...... No no never mind.

"Reservation for Matthews," I hear Lauren say to the lady, in a safisticated tone.

Well, you got to play the part. At a fancy restaurant, you act really polite.

The waiter showed us to our table and said someone will be over shortly for our drinks.

"So, Lauren," I asked, "What's new with you?"

She smiled before replying, "well, nothing much, nothing much, I AM JUST ABOUT TO GO SEE MY FUTURE BOYFRIEND SING TO ME IN A COUPLE OF DAYS!"

We started giggling and couldn't help ourselves. Dang One Direction! Look what they do to us!

I was about to continue our fan-girling-pretend-we-are-going-to-marry-1D-fanasty, when I was interrupted by screaming people outside. Wait, not screaming people, screaming girls. What?

Lauren's POV

Screaming! Outside! What does that mean? Is someone famous coming? Is someone here? Maybe I should tell Lexie about how my mom said there is a possibility you could see someone famous. I don't know! My back was facing the door, so she was the one who had a clear shot on who walks through the door.

Slowly, the screaming died down, and I got even more anxious. I didn't want to stare at the door, so I glanced down at my menu, acting like nothing was happening. I, clearly, could see Lexie confused as hell.

Suddenly, I felt like time was slowing down and the room suddenly got quiet. Maybe, it didn't quiet down because what I saw next surprised me the most.

"Lauren, I think your boyfriend, my boyfriend and his friends just walked in," Lexie replied, dumbfounded, eyes showing disbelief.

I slowly, turned my head, not preparing for what I saw.

Five guys. One with brown, chocolate curls, tousled all over head with dazzling green eyes and a smile that charmed any girl who looked at him with his dimples.

I scanned over to the one next to him, who had jet black hair, styled up in a "quiff" with dark brown eyes and an expression that made any girl fall head over heels.

Looking from him to the blond hair one next to him, I couldn't help but notice his bright, blue eyes that "twinkled" when he smiled. And oh, when he smiled, I swear my heart melted.

Next to him, was the one with light, brownish hair and brown eyes that had a "sweet and kind" effect. His smile could lift up a whole room in a matter of minutes.

Lastly, the blue eyes were greeted with dark brown hair. A mischievous grin that screamed "destined to cause trouble" and a voice that silenced a room when spoken.

These five boys weren't only named Harry, Zayn, Niall, Liam, and Louis. But, these boys were Harry, Zayn, Niall, Liam, and Louis from the band One Direction. The band I first discovered four years ago. The band that sings my feelings and cheers me up. The band who I fell in love with. And the band, who was literally standing 10 feet in front of me.

HOLY SHIT! ONE DIRECTION IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! Coming back to reality, I turned back to Lexie who, I swear to god, was about to die. Trust me, I wasn't doing much better.

Lexie and I were screaming back and forth through our eyes, WHAT DO WE DO, WHAT DO WE DO!?!?

They didn't seem to notice us. Hopefully, they didn't or they probably would be faster out of this place before you could even say, "One Direction"

Then, the unthinkable happened, the waiter sat them right next to our table,

HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!! Can't...... Breathe......

I slowly whispered to Lexie, "do we say hi or just act like we don't even know they are here?"

"I don't know!" She mumbled back.

We sat there arguing back and forth, deciding what we should do.

Well, this night just got interesting.
