19. The Phonecall

Louis’ POV

I was sitting in my bedroom and I could hear Niall and Harry reading some of the fans tweets. I didn’t really get to say a proper goodnight to El when she left and I know it will bother her so I think it’s best if I give her a call. I reached over to pick up my phone and I notice I had two new messages, one from El and one from Harry. I ignored Harry’s and went straight to El’s.

“I brought you CARROTSSS!”

A huge smile appeared  on my face. Wow I really do have the best girlfriend1 I immediately called her. It took about 4 rings and she answers

“Hey babe”, I faintly hear

“Hey El, how are you?” I say still with a smile on my face from her previous message.

“Louis, this is a bad time, I’m kind of in the shower!” I hear her say with a little giggle.

“So, what your saying is, you’re like naked?” I say with a cheeky smirk in my voice.

“Louis, you’re an idiot”, she responds laughing.

“Ohh you love me! so I didn’t really get to say a proper goodnight”, the smile widens on my face.

“Louis, I’m still in the shower”, she says with a little giggle in her voice.

“It’s okay ill just wait! do you want me to sing you a song until you finish?”, I say knowing she wanted to get off the phone.

“No Louis its fi-“, she says before being interrupted

“Your hand fits in mine like it’s made just for me-“, I sing to her

“Louis stop you idiot”, she laughs

“But bare this in mind it was meant to be..”, I continue ignoring her last statement

“Louis, I’m hanging up the phone!” she says holding as cute grudge

“I’m joining up the dots...!!” I sing

*she hangs up the phone*

Ohh she did not just hang up on me! About five minutes past and she called me back.

“I can’t believe you hung-up on me!” I say sarcastically

“Ohh you love me Lou”, she says laughing

“So besides my amazing singing before, how was your day?” I ask curious

“It was really good, we had some girl time I guess, Sarah and Liv are so good to get along with!” she says with a lot of energy

“That’s good to hear, did you actually go shopping for that long?” I say realising that’s an realistic amount of time.

“Errr yeah!” she says with a pause.

“Why did you hesitate?” I say curious.

“What I didn’t”, she says once again with a pause.

“You did it again!” I say realising I caught her out.

“Something’s wrong EL, talk to me?” I say worried.

“I’m fine!” she says raising her voice.

“I can tell when something’s wrong?” I say with a worried tone in my voice.

“I can’t”, she says straight out

“El tell me babe”, I continue.

“I promised not to tell”, she says with a sad voice.

“I won’t tell anyone!” I quickly respond so curious to what she needed to tell me.

“It’s the girls!” she responds

“What about them??” I say raising my voice.

“They have to move to Australia for their dad’s job!” she responds silently.

“Umm what?” I say not believing what she just told me

“Yes! it’s not confirmed when they are leaving but its soon!”, she continues

“They were thinking of buying a smaller house just for both of them to still live here but there is no luck so far”, she continued

“ARE YOU SERIOUS? THEY CANT LEAVE!”, I say raising my voice with dis belief and anger.

“We went to an open house earlier today to look around. It was super nice but it was a bit expensive”, she still continues

“Umm I have to go! that was a lot to take in”, I say short of breath

“Louis I’m sorry I know you have become close with them, but please don’t tell they guys I promised them I wouldn’t say anything”, she quickly says knowing the conversations is coming to an end.

“Ok, bye El”, I say with slight anger

“Louis I love you!” she says anxiously waiting for a response

“Yeah, love you too”, I respond with no emotion

*end of phone call*

Are you serious, they can’t leave, and I know this might sound stupid but they have actually become a whole other part of our lives. They just can’t leave!
