The Creed A Generations Before

{I walk through the valley and the shadow of death but fear nothing in the darkness. That is what I will go through every day in this black world of mine of the hunt. I hunt for neither side of what a person proclaims but for the one that gets me farther on in life and teach the generations after me to fallow The Creed and obey its laws and regulations like I have done. I will learn through the past generations mistakes and kill swiftly and cleanly for my marking will be pasted on forever. ]
This is the promise i had made to my new family but i want to please them forever. I know it will be tough since my brother dosn't think i should do it but it is my own bloodline i have sealed the fate of, not his. I want to take the forever pledge, I know it won't be easy espesily in the life of the creed.

13. ch 13

I haven’t seen Orin in a few days or touched the pamphlet that he had given me to read or even the template to be done before he arrives to train me or that he is waiting for something to happen that only I can do.
I hear a knock at the door and I wondered whom it was so I opened it to see Evil in the doorway with his hood down which was strange for me since I thought the only times they wore there hood down was with other assassins or within their own house.
“Evil, what are doing here? If my brother sees you.” I rambled in shock that he was here in the doorway.
“Don’t worry I’m not staying long. Have you read Orin’s letter?” He asked and started to come into the house and I stepped aside in shock of how rude he was acting. I rushed to my sewing basket and dug out the pamphlet and I stared at it. The unopened seal made me think that something is terribly wrong as I glanced up to Evil.
“Orin is gone and... Your bother is targeted and needs to be eliminated.” Evil said and I stumbled backward since I never thought I would never seem to see the day that I would have to kill someone let alone my own brother.
“Is that so?” I slurred my words trying to cover up the shock that I am going through.
“I am sorry but he has to be eliminated.” He said held my hand in sorrowfulness and I broke down in tears and ripped open the pamphlet to read it.
After I read it I couldn’t believe that Orin had taken my brother and then hid somewhere but I am not sure where. I knew what I had to find him before Orin did the unthinkable to him. I looked up to Evil and started to rush out the door with him right on my heals.
“I have to go someone has kidnaped my brother and I think I know whom.” I said and Evil stopped me by holding the color of my new dress. I was annoyed that he did such a thing and smiled.
“I have something for you before you leave.” He laughed like I did something that was funny. I wasn’t in the mood for any lollygagging when time is ticking.  I wondered why he was doing this while I yanked to be free from his grasped in till he pulled something from behind his back that made me pause from running.
The clean white jacket of the uniform was elegantly edged with black ribbon and golden colored buttons. The rough fabric was specially made for harsh use and felt grand in my hands while I awed at the fact that I am already halfway there into their family and sadly away from my own but right now both will cross paths. I found that there was a holster for my dagger and my blowpipe and I was blown away at the detail that they had put into my jacket.
“Thank you.” Was all I could say as Evil just stayed there smiling and then grabbed the template from my swing basket. I knew that I was going to be in trouble that I had yet to start the project. “Why haven’t you started this?” he coldly asked and I knew was in trouble with him and the rest of the creed since I had yet to fulfill what they wanted but he started laughing again and got me confused. “Don’t worry about this we all failed at it because we are not into sewing at all I think The Old Elder wanted us to help his wife out with her sewing. Now go and find Orin and your brother.”
I nodded quickly and got my jacket on and slid my pen dagger into its new home while my blowpipe into the other side. I slid my hood upward and started out the door to save my brother but then something felt off as I grabbed the cloth and the supplies that I need for the needlework. But I knew I needed one more thing as I grabbed a small sack from my brother’s hunting supplies and went outside.
The small wind blew gently among my body as I walked towards the garden again and started to get Jasmin ready to ride but I thought better and just grabbed the rains from one of the hooks and placed it around her head. The next thing I did was run up to the loft and scurried through the prickly pieces of hey that I had stored my journal after the encounter of Orin I stuffed the old journal into my bag knowing that I can use it as a log from my journey and keep record of everything that had gotten me to my goal.  I hoped onto Jasmin and glanced over to my home that had Evil standing right in front of it.
“Good luck and remember the creed!” He said as he shook my hand making feel like I had opened the door to a new world for them and for myself.
“Thank you Evil.” I said back and started to ride in the cloud of dust hoping that I haven’t missed my chance that I have a chance to save my mentor and my brother while I can feel the wind through my hair while the unknown filled in in front of me as I rode.
I was going blind on the road without a bit of knowledge of where to go so I thought I would start at Orin’s house. I stopped Jasmin just before Orin’s house and tied her up to a post tightly in a special not that I have taught myself and started to slowly sneak up to the door. The loneness of the house sent shivers down my spine but I pushed it aside as I missed the squeaky steps as best as I could. I finally came to the door and calmly knocked.
I heard nothing from the inside but one of the windows was open like Orin was expecting me and I climbed inside. The place looked like as it was on the outside now, wrecked and messy like none had lived there for at least a few days. I started to wonder what had happed as I went through the house but went straight to the training aria that was hidden.
I grasped the wall and pulled it open. The torch was not lit so I had to light it myself before I went on. I scratched the lit part against some flint that I had found in the bag and it turned into a week flame inside the torch but it was good enough for me as I went on down the steps. I wondered what I would find down there as I went on.
I got down deeper and deeper into the darkness hearing a faint muffled sound from the dark and I went straight to it to find Orin tied up on the alter in front of the tools. He was moaning from his wounds from the possibility of being beaten and other ways of torcher that I could see since his face was full of bruises and his wrists were cut like he had tried to escape but failed.
“Orin!” I called as I rushed to his side and cut his ties. He fell into my arms as a signal for me to help him up. He started to cough a little but quickly gained his breath and looked at me with fear in his eyes for me to see.
“Silva you have to go with Evil away from this place because we are being hunted.” Orin said and I could believe that someone leaked our existence and now we have to hide or fight to survive and to stay in this world.
