2. Chapter Two

"Are you okay?" Tricia asked.

"Beside the fact that I completely embarrassed myself then I'm perfectly fine." I replied.

She stood in front of me which made me stop and cross my arms over my chest.

"That's not the only thing, now is it?" she demanded.

I looked everywhere else that wasn't her because deep down she was right. Something else was bothering me and it was that people were laughing. Those deep sea blue eyes.....

"Who was that boy?"  she gave me a confused look.

"The one that came in late and has deep sea blue eyes..." I trailed off.

After I said that, her eyes widen like she realized something important.

"Why?" she asked with caution.

I rolled his eyes. She sigh.

"Triton Reign. He's popular and well there's nothing really since he doesn't like talking about himself. He has secrets." she answered.

"Then why do you seem so interested that I want to know?" I asked.

"Triton doesn't date and it kind of odd coming from you since I thought you wouldn't have interest." she replied.

"Well that makes two of us." I told her.

She was about to reply when someone comes up to us. I found myself staring at those deep blue eyes from earlier. I took a couple of steps back and stood beside Tricia.

"Who's your friend, Tricia?" he asked and glazed into my eyes.

She shrugged." Why do you want to know?" she asked.

He tore his eyes off of me and looked at Tricia.

"We have a deal." he told her.

"No we have an law to follow. You cant touch me unless I actually do something to you and same goes to you. She doesn't belong in our law so there is no need onto talking to her unless I should know something you aren't saying?" she explained.

"What law?" I bring myself to asked.

They both turn to me.

"I should really not do that." I thought to myself.

"Yeah you really shouldn't." Tricia replied.

I sigh.

"I really don't have time for this so can someone take me to class?" I asked.

They didn't say anything.

"I will." Triton replied.

Tricia shook her head.

"Melody said I have to take her" Tricia said.

"Well Melody should've inform me." He replied.

He grabbed my hand. I could fell sparks as we touched and Triton paused to look at me and our hands touching. His eyes traveled to my eyes where I couldn't look away. I could hear Tricia sighing and touch our hands but it was instantly gone as I heard something hit the floor. Hard. I broke my glaze from triton and look over to Tricia that was lying on the floor and started to get up. She was NO where near us. I gasped as I saw blood coming down from a wound from her head. I let go of Triton's hand and ran down the hall way and not knowing where I was going.

I threw my keys on the table in my house and noticed a brown box. Or a couple of them. My mom appeared in the room and set down a box next to the others and looked up. She jumped when she saw me and looked nervous. I slowly walked toward her and eyed the boxes.

"What's going on, mom?" I asked her.

She didn't respond but narrowed her eyes on me.

"Why are you so early from school?" she crossed her arms over her chest.

I ignored her and went through the boxes and found my clothes inside. I turned to the door and walked out with my mother calling me,

I ran inside a forest and started to slow my pace.

"Why is my life so confusing?" I asked myself.

"Maybe I just try to hard for my mom." I told myself.

I looked at the surrounding trees and hugged myself and shivered as cold wind past me. I wasn't wearing a sweater. I continued to walk when I heard some shuffling coming from the trees. I turned around but there was no one. I didn't freak out so I continued my walk. After a few minutes, I hear it again and there was no one around so I speed up my paced and landed in front of an abandoned house and I didn't know my way back. I watched as two mini bears appear and started two close in on me. I was about to run when I twisted my ankle. I moved back as the mini bears came forward and slowly growled at me. Out of nowhere, Tricia jumps in front of me and makes an animalistic sound.

"Was she growling?" I asked myself.

No i'm going crazy and probably dreaming since it has been a long day and THIS CANT BE HAPPENING.

She turned to me and I saw her eyes glowing brightly and she turned to the animals that were snarling  at her.

"Do you have any idea on what you have done?" she asked them.

"She can talk to them?" I thought," Now I'm officially going crazy."

They stepped back and suddenly I saw at two NAKED boys that were growling at Tricia.

"MOVE." They yelled.

She shook her head.

"We have a law." she stared," She's untouchable."

One of them shook their heads.

"She's nothing." he said.

Ouch! That hurts.

"Oh really. Maybe Triton would love two know how two unmated wolves tried to touch what was his?" she asked.

The two boys looked at each other and dropped to their knees and placed their hands over their heart.

"Forgive us?' They slowly asked and glanced at the ground and tried not to look at me.

Tricia looked puzzled but slowly a grin was spreading across her face and she looked at me. I looked at her and told her what the hell.

"You could forgive them or you could let Triton rip them limb for limb and let them die-" she stared.

I shook my head," that isn't necessary."

I turned to the two boys on the ground.

"You are forgiven but just don't come near me." I told me.

They slowly rose from the ground and looked at Tricia.

"Mother and father will be waiting for you are home." they replied and ran off into the forest.

Her eyes widen as she realized what they just said. She opened her mouth but nothing at all and then she saw me on the ground. She grabbed me and helped me up.

"Let's get you home." she told me.

She set me in her bed and told me not to move.

"Yeah, like I can move." I reminded her.

She smirked.

"But still. My parents cant know that your here not even my father." she told me.

I nodded.

"TRICIA!" Someone yelled.

She closed her eyes and got up.

"Don't move, no matter what you hear or see." she says.

Then she's gone.

I lay back on the bed before hearing yelling.

"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? Do you know what kind of problems we have now?!" A male voice said.

"It wasn't out fault. There was no scent or warning sent to us and plus Tricia exposed us when she came with glowing eyes." someone  said.

"One of the brothers" I though.

Someone growled.

"Great. More furry animals." I thought.

"Great, you disgraceful wolves BROKE the law." a male voice said.

I haven't realized that I can leaning on the door and out of bed and starting opening the door. I also didn't realized that everyone that was in the house was now noticing me and Tricia looked pissed off when she saw me. I looked down at my feet and it didn't hurt when I walked. So I looked up at the wolves and calmly walked in the middle of the room and stood next to Tricia. I crossed my arms over my chest and glared at the man that stood dangerously close to Tricia.

"Is this how you treat your guest?" I asked.

People or I should say werewolves, gasped at my words.  The man who looked a bit like Tricia. A bit of tan skin and dark brown eyes and was tall and muscular but was an asshole. Was that why Tricia didn't want me to be found.

"And who the hell are you?" he came closer to me and ignored Tricia.

I smirked.

"Some you don't want to play with." I answered.

He madly grin at me.

"And whys that, sweetheart?" he pressed himself against me.

I lightly shoved him but it didn't affect him.

"That for me to know and you to find out." I shoved him harder.

He didn't move and smirked at my attempts.

"Little girl don't play with me. I can use your weakness against you and I will go after you." he warned me and I sweetly smiled at him.

"You obviously don't know how important I am to Triton." I remembered what Tricia said in the forest.

The man looked confused but is looked darken.

"Tricia, what is she talking about?" he asked her.

Tricia looked nervous and opened her mouth but someone else beat her to it.

"She's special to him." one of the boys from the forest replied.

The man ran his fingers against my cheek and I felt disgusted. I smacked his hands away and he looked at me brightly. He let me go and signaled man to grab me. Two people gripped grabbed me and held me close to them.

"Send her to the basement." the man spoke and they followed his orders.

I glanced at Tricia and she was crying and mouth something to me.

I'll call him.

I thought he was lying but they actually did take me into the basement and threw me in there and not care if I get hurt or not. I hugged myself and shrived when my back hit the cold wall.

"I so need to get out of here" I thought to myself.

I could hear someone walking down the stairs and coming towards my way. I quickly jumped up and saw Tricia smirking at me.

"He's right outside." she told me.

"And that's a good thing....." I trialed off.

"Miranda, they are holding you in a basement and not to gently placed you in here and you think that Triton coming here is a bad thing?" she asked.

I thought for a second.

"I thought you a werewolf. Why are you fighting back?" I was curious.

She sigh.

"My father is an alpha and if you go against the alpha than you either get kicked out your pack, a village of werewolves, or you die." she explained.

I nodded.

"That harsh?" I asked.

"It doesn't matter. I have to live under my family even under my father even when he's...... difficult." she replied.

I didn't answer but I slid down the wall. Upstairs I could hear stomping and yelling/screaming or pleads. Tricia opened the door and let me out and led me to the stairs. I was about to climb when she stopped me and shook her head.

"They might hurt you and may not know about it." she told me.

We stood there like it seemed like hours when someone finally walked down and saw us.

He glanced at Tricia before his eyes met mine. He wrapped his arms around me and hugged me tightly and I did to him. He started at Tricia.

"I want to know why is my ma..... Miranda in a basement and inside of YOUR pack house." he demanded.

If I were Tricia I would be scared to death but she wasn't and crossed her arms over her chest.

"No thanks to saving her or that the fact she's still alive?" she asked.

Triton swore under his breath but thank her.

"Okay so my stupid brothers tried to eat Miranda and she twisted her ankle. She also saw my eyes glow and growl at my brothers. She saw my brothers very, very, very naked," Triton's grip tighten," and I cant remember her looking way but I don't care. So I brought her to my house and my father-."

"STOP!" me and Tricia flinched.

"Bi-polar." she murmur.

Triton grabbed my hand and led me out the house with Tricia following us. As I saw the sunlight from outside I saw many people gathered outside the house. Of those people were my neighbor, Melody. I didn't really stare at her but I was quiet surprised when I saw a very familiar person in the crowd
