I ran without looking back to where I was going or if someone was behind me. I made sure to leave a note to Michael so that he knew what had happened. I also sent a message to Brad and told him that I was going to arrive to his house Saturday morning, as I had to sleep over somewhere else.

This wasn’t part of the plan, but I couldn’t stay home when I knew that Marianna was part of the group that wanted me dead, which I still don’t understand why.

When I was sure that the main rode was far enough I stopped and tried to search for a safe place on the woods. I climbed a tree and saw that a few miles away was a small town. I had to get there to be safe.

I climbed down and quickly made my way to the town. This was going to be harder than I thought, but I am still as determined as the beginning, it might be that I am more determined.

I hanged up the phone with Michael, I had used secret words that were left on my note to him, so that he would understand where I was and what had happened, I didn’t know if they hacked into my phone, and I needed to dispose of it fast.

I opened my laptop and started searching for the entry into the security cameras that I had set up at the house when I had been alone. It appeared to be that Marianna knew that they were going to go for me, so she had a whole cleaning crew when she got home. I believe that she was hidden somewhere, yet she didn’t come looking for me when I ran away...

The next morning I woke up and packed my stuff, making my way out of the motel and into the city once again. I had to get to Brad’s house early so that I could study how Allan moved around his house and how many people I had to kill before I could get to either Allan or Marianna. At the end, they were the same thing to me.

I knocked twice on the door and to my luck, Brad opened the door. I smiled at him.

“Hey there Phyre.” Brad smiled. “I didn’t know you were going to come so early.”

“Sorry...” I gave shrugged. “There was some issues and well, I came here early. I can come back if you want.”

“NO!” Brad pulled me inside. “I just need to shower, but you can wait for me in my room.”

“Thanks.” I smiled and I followed him. “Do you think that I can do a homework here?”

“Sure. Do you need internet?” He questioned and I nodded. “Here I’ll give you the password.”

Brad smiled at me and he went inside the bathroom. I placed a camera that would tell me when there was movement from the door. I had to find out where on earth I could kill Allan without having to kill more people.

I stepped out of his bedroom and walked into the hallway looking for the master bedroom, Allan was bound to be there. I made sure not to make a sound and not to touch anything, I didn’t know what could happen and I didn’t wanted for people to come behind me.

“Are you looking for someone?” I heard a deep voice question.

“Yes.” I replied turning around. “I found who I was looking.”

“I’m glad that you found who you were looking for.” Allan smirked.

“One questioned before I kill you.” I said.

“We are going to let you believe that is going to happen...” Allan started. “Ask your question.”

“Why do you want to kill me?” I questioned.

“I don’t want to kill you.” Allan replied. “I need someone like you so that I can make an experiment.”

“Why me?” I questioned.

“Because you are genetically perfect.” He replied.
