I sat on the floor of the bathroom with my head between my knees, trying to stop the room from spinning. My stomach was knotted and i could feel my heart beating in my chest, the thick blood pumping through my body has i waited the longest ten minutes of my life. My breathing was uneven as i tried to calm down. I jumped as the shrill timer on my phone went off, telling me it was time. I stood on shaky legs, grabbing one box to read the back once again. Two lines for pregnant, one line for not pregnant. Simple enough.
I walked across the bathroom, my breathing returning to a calm state. I squeezed my eyes shut, grabbing a test tightly in my palm. I took a shaky breath before nearly prying my eyes open, eyeing the plastic. Parallel lines shone a bright pink. My chest tightened a little bit but i pushed it away. I still have four more to look at. Maybe this one is the bad one... right?
I repeated these action three more times, my chest tightening with each one as they had the same results. I grabbed the last one, my knees buckling as i read the familiar pattern. Two pink lines stared back up at me. My fingers let the plastic slip through, sending it falling to the tile floor.
My knees gave out, sending me crashing down to the floor. I backed away from the sink, as if the further away i got the less true the tests would be. My back finally hit a wall, making me stop my hasty retreat. I brought my legs up to my chest, wrapping my arms around my legs as i buried my face into my knees.
A soft knock echoed in the bathroom but i ignored it, keeping my head down. I could hear Liam’s voice but i just couldn’t make out what he was saying. Seconds later i was being pulled into his lap, rocking me back and forth has i cried. Liam talked to me in a soft voice, telling me everything was going to be okay. I could hear a slight tremble in his low voice, showing me i wasn’t the only one that was terrified.
“Shh, it’s okay. I’ll take care of you. I promise.” Liam said into my hair as he kissed the top of my head.
I nodded my head, truly believing his words though they didn’t help me calm down either. He held me until i was all out of tears. I pulled away, wiping at my face. I just knew it was red and puffy by how sore it was when i brushed my fingers underneath my eyes. Liam shifted under me, one arm under my legs as the other held my back up as he picked me up and set me on the counter of the sink.
I watched has he collected a wash cloth from under the sink, soaking it in cold water before gently washing my face. I winced a little as he touch my sore cheeks, gaining an apologetic look. Afterwards he grabbed the trashcan, shoving all of the tests into it before setting it back down. He washed his hands before grabbing mine, pulling me off the counter and out of the bathroom, shutting off the light. He pulled me into the bed, tucking us underneath the covers before pulling me close. I buried my face into his chest. What was i going to do?
“Do you want to keep it?” Liam asked softly as he twirled one of my curls around his finger. The question caught me off guard. I never thought about getting rid of it. I quickly through out the thought of an abortion. I hated abortions. Why kill a living, breathing person?
“I’m not getting an abortion,Liam.” I stated firmly, slightly offended and hurt that he would even think something like that.
“Good. I didn’t want you to.” He said softly, kissing my forehead. I tried to get comfortable but my body wouldn’t stop shaking. I was a nervous wreck. I eventually got sleepy enough to where i laid calmly beside Liam, relaxing as i fell asleep.
I awoke to the voice of an angel. Words were formed perfectly as they slipped out of his lips, flowing as smooth as silk. I kept my eyes close, pretending to be asleep as i listened to him sing.

she’s got a baby inside
and holds her belly tight
all through the night
just so she knows
she’s sleeping so
safely to keep
her growing
and oh when she’ll open her eyes
there’ll be no surprise
that she’ll grow to be
so beautifully
just like her mother
that’s carrying
oh Capri
She’s beauty
baby inside she’s loving
oh Capri
she’s beauty
there is an angel growing peacefully
oh Capri
sweet baby

I didn’t expect this. I didn’t think he would care.I felt a tear run down my cheek and onto his shirt, making him stop singing as i felt him look down at me.
“Why are you crying, love?” Liam asked, wiping another tear away. I shook my head, laughing a little at my sudden emotional state.
“You have an amazing voice.” I said, smiling shyly up at him. He smiled back at me, kissing my forehead.
“I think it’s time for us to get up.” He said. I looked up at him in confusion before turning to look at the clock. my eyebrows shot up, realizing that i had slept through the rest of the night and into the next morning. It read eight thirty.
“I’m going to go take a shower. Then i’m going to set you up a doctors appointment.” he said, sliding out from underneath me. I looked at him, worried.
“Just to make sure you get the vitamins and all that stuff you will need. Don’t worry, it’ll be okay.” He said, leaning down to kiss my forehead before leaving my room.
I sighed, grabbing my clothes to take a shower. I was in and out in ten minutes, my eyes avoiding the garbage can. I pulled on pair of black skinny jeans and a white tank top, buttoning up my blue red and black plaid shirt, leaving the first three open. I slipped on a pair of converses and blow dried my hair before straightening it. I put on some mascara and brushed my teeth before putting a light coat of watermelon chap stick. I sighed, grabbing my phone and wallet and headed out of my room.
“Where you going?” i voice said as i walked through the living room. I turned to face Harry, his piercing gaze making me shift my feet uncomfortably. I feel like he knows.
“I was going to go out for a few things. Do you want me to pick you up something?” I offered nervously. He eyed me for a minute before shaking his head.
“No. Don’t stay out to long.” He said before pushing past me and into the kitchen.
I took a deep breath. Turning on my heel, i marched through the front door and outside, calling a cab as he rolled by.
