Innocent Little Creature

I was listening to a random song on YouTube when I was inspired to write this. :) (P.S. The only mature content in this is some rude language.)
Lucasta was dying, she knew it from the moment she saw the man made from shadows, when she watched him turn and leave, she knew death its self had walked past her and that soon they would meet again, maybe not tomorrow or next week, but soon. She knew that her time would come to walk into the shadows and never return to the light of the living. The strange thing was as she looked where the man had been standing, she realized that at the age of six, she was not afraid of dying.....

1. The evening breeze

Lucasta wove through the market stalls, her elegant figure hidden by the billowing white coat that she wore. The sharp contrast of her alabaster skin and the strands of midnight black hair that danced against her cheek. The cascade of onyx that fell from atop her head reached her tiny waist. Her eyes sparkling like two pools of molten silver, framed by heavy lashes and a look of contempt upon her face. Her frosted rose lips parted as she breathed in the chilled evening breeze.

Autumn leaves danced around her and every stall holder looked at her beauty. Lucasta kept walking, looking no-where but forward. The breeze whispering its knowledge to her as it whistled past. Her feet made no sound against the cobbled streets, her breathing mingled with the air and made little puffs of steam.

For an unknown reason she turned to her right, and tilted her head slightly. Somebody was watching her from the shadows. She saw the man made from shadows, when she watched him turn and leave, she knew death its self had walked past her and that soon they would meet again, maybe not tomorrow or next week, but soon. She knew that her time would come to walk into the shadows and never return to the light of the living. The strange thing was as she looked where the man had been standing. she realized that at the age of six, she was not afraid of dying.

She continued walking, her head bent in solemn silence as the evening faded into twilight.....
