My Poems

I write poems that I hope are really relateable but if they aren't mine, I will say the author's name.

2. Just a Girl

Her eyes are stained.

Her lies are strained.

Her smile is fake.

Her heart is staked.

Her “friends” are oh so mean.

Her parents make no scene.

Her life is stolen.

Her time isn’t golden.

She’s broken,

Can’t you see?

How her life

Is a walking memory.

And her wails

Will drown the nights,

When she takes the time,

To take her life.
