It shouldn't matter who you are or where you come from. We should all be treated equally.

Gay Marriage

People say that gays should not have a marriage life. Is that true?

Marriage is an issue in the United Kingdom and the status gay marriage is different in England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Laws to allow gay marriage in England and Wales was passed by the Parliament of the United Kingdom in July 2013 and is expected to be brought into force by mid-2014. Laws to allow gay marriage in Scotland has been introduced into the Scottish Parliament. The Northern Ireland Executive has stated that it does not intend to introduce laws allowing for gay marriage in Northern Ireland.

Opinion polls have shown general support for gay marriage among Britons.

A 2004 poll by Gallup reported that 52% agreed that 'marriages between homosexuals' should be recognized while 45% said they should not. Support for gay marriage within British respondents was 17% higher than people in the USA who were asked. The poll found that 65% supported allowing gay couples to form civil unions. A poll in September 2008 by ICM Research for The Observer found that 55% of Britons believed that same-sex couples should be allowed to get married while 45% disagreed.

Racism

People say that black are better than whites and whites are better than blacks and Asians are better than both and so on.

Racism, is generally defined as actions, or beliefs that consider the human species to be divided into races with shared traits, abilities, or qualities, such as personality, morality, or other cultural behavioral characteristics, and especially the belief that races can be ranked as inherently superior or inferior to others, or that members of different races should be treated differently.

Racism and racial discrimination are often used to describe discrimination on an ethnic or cultural basis, independent of whether these differences are described as racial. According to the United Nations convention, there is no distinction between the terms racial discrimination and ethnic discrimination, and superiority based on racial differentiation is scientifically false, socially unjust and dangerous, and that there is no justification for racial discrimination, in theory or in practice, anywhere.

Sectarianism

People say that "their side's" flag is better then "Themmon's" flag.

Sectarianism, according to one definition, is discrimination, or hatred arising from attaching importance to differences between subdivisions within a group, such as between different denominations of a religion, class, regional or factions of a political movement.

Sometimes a group that is under economic or political pressure will kill or attack members of another group which it regards as responsible for its own decline. The phrase "sectarian conflict" usually refers to violent conflict along religious or political lines such as the conflicts between Nationalists and Unionists in Northern Ireland (religious and class-divisions may play major roles as well). It may also refer to general philosophical, political disparity between different schools of thought such as that between Shia and Sunni Muslims. Non-sectarians espouse that free association and tolerance of different beliefs are the cornerstone to successful peaceful human interaction.
