Kept clean : the continuation of Stained through

My Name is None short for No one but I know that I am a someone that has to save the world but now Heflin, my new found sister, is telling me about my past. Also I am starting to question Arrow's remarks and disigions. Can I keep the peace and for once be the someone that has done something to keep the past and save the future?

33. section 33

I was in front of the cave; Steal must be using his powers for a dream, or hopefully a nightmare. I was thinking these thoughts that I was trying to convince myself that they were true as the wind started to move me inside a cave. I recognized the shadows of long ago as I passed through the cavern that seemed to last. I finally saw a light that was at the end and I thought that I would be fine and kept going. I wondered when I would go out but when I did I wished that I just stayed in the cavern.

A monster had my love in his mouth. The wide bodied monster had a wolf covering that had scales all around with fur sticking out just enough to where the person could tell that there was a wolf underneath those natural plates. I started to become scared as he got lower and our eyes meet the brown of his eyes were lit on fire as I started to debate if I should turn to retreat like I had been since I got here.

“Gifted?” I can hear his voice boom through the monster’s teeth and I wondered if that was a question or a demand. I nodded in response but then changed the yes to a quick no. “Profit then.” I had been found before but this was another thing as I started to remind myself that I was what he said and I had to hide that I was absolutely frightened.

“I am.” There went the strong profit and then he dropped Milo to the ground but instead of the body thumping a sound of ending; the body disintegrated into dust as I started to see animals start to come to me. I was amazed that they were around me since all I saw before was just a few birds but that might be just a dream like this might as I was surprised that I had seen this many that was coming out of the darkness.

“Good then. I think I should bow to you since you know where I am located?” The monster boomed. I was confused on what he said. His eyes were dark and full of mystery and was reading me like a book that I was supposed to keep hidden from him.

“No, but then again, I did wonder if you can give me a hint.”  I said and I could see the monster starting to turn around while keeping eye contact with me.

“Well I could but you should already know. But it will take both to open it.” It chimed as it walked away into the darkness. I started to think about what he said  but nothing was clicking to me. I started to run after him.

“Wait! Wait!” I called as I ran after him but then I ran into something soft, like a teddy bear but at the same time it wasn’t truly a teddy bear. I quickly realized that they were vines that I had run into. I struggled to get out of them and I realized that there was a pair of eyes staring at me from above. I realized that the eyes were from the vines, but I was wondering where they were truly located.

I had finally got my sword back into my hands. It felt good to have it back in my hands while I slashed through them one by one so I could see the tangles from the roof instead of around me. I knew I had to win as another vine wrapped itself around my hand and I had to switch from my right to my left hand from the unfortunate aspect that the vines had chosen my right hand to use as their captive.

I slashed the last of the vines in one swift motion and started to run out and got to the clearing. The cave had turned into a place of woods. “Is this a joke?” I thought while I went around for a better look. The woods told me that there were two pieces of the cave, or that we had missed it while I was having the breakdown and ran into the land of toys in the first place.

I started to think that I need to see the entrance as I turned around and there was a painting, like the Aroven’s but this was confusing me. “Where am I at?” I yelled out into the distance but my voice echoed among the air and I felt alone.

“You will know since the lands are intertwined.” A voice that seemed to come out of nowhere, I wanted to know who was talking to me. I looked around and started to get frightened. My heart raced while I was glancing everywhere trying to find the voice. I was frozen as I was starting to think that this had to be where the nightmare begins.

“What do you mean? How many lands are there? Where is the one I need?” I rambled off each question one by one.

“All the lands are intertwined, The Crystal should know, Might not yet, but she will.” The voice boomed and I was wondering how can Ti help me but I wasn’t sure.

“How can I have her help me?” I asked and the voice boomed again.

“You must have the crystal and the sight of the profit; hold you to activate the ultimate power to see the way. The it has to be you and the crystal to open the land that is needed till then you are all bounded.” The voice chimed as the Vines rushed out of the cave and grasped my arm sending a shot of pain through me. I looked over to use my sword but all I got was a blast of light but that was all. I could see another set of vines reach out to me. I managed to dodge them for a short time, weaving in and out of each try.  Unfortunately, my other arm was captured wile I tried to untie myself as I am a full panic.  I pulled backwards in hope that I could get free by having the vines snap but I was unsuccessful as one of my ankles got caught with a loud thwack that felt like I just got slapped as the first stung, the second has now gotten too tight to where my hand is now starting to turn numb. Now, My leg was starting to burn as a hard yank had me fall to the ground.

I could feel myself slide through the grass and tree roots as I am now getting closer and closer to the entrance. I still was trying to use my one free leg to stall the vines but it was no use while I struggled to get free. I saw the darkness start to creep over me while I tried to get free. “This is everyone’s fate if you don’t do what I say.” The voice reminded me as I finally complied the covering of the shadows that had swallowed me to hopefully bring  me back to where I need to be and that is back to the war.
