Kept clean : the continuation of Stained through

My Name is None short for No one but I know that I am a someone that has to save the world but now Heflin, my new found sister, is telling me about my past. Also I am starting to question Arrow's remarks and disigions. Can I keep the peace and for once be the someone that has done something to keep the past and save the future?

10. section 10

The cave stood in front of us with its massive jaws about ready to swallow us whole and might do just that. I can hear Milo whistle a long sliding sound beside me. We knew the cave was huge but this was bigger than what we thought.

"SOOO, what's the plan again?" I asked looking directly at arrow. I hadn't forgotten what happened yesterday. She looked at me with eyes that bitterly stabbed me.

“I haven't gotten that far." Arrow admitted then stared back at the cave.

“What do you mean, haven’t gotten that far?" I quickly asked. But  all of a  sudden she looked like she got something that just popped into her mind and it surprised me but her eyes also started to glow showing that she is getting another vision. She looked at me with wonder and knowing what she has the whole mission planed out.

"I meant I was waiting for that." Arrow chimed as she smirked from ear to ear.  I knew that the unplanned task had just been turned into a cross your fingers for good luck plan.

"So any ideas?" Heflin asked which is what I was about to say. I looked back at the opening. There were too many options running through my mind to see which one would be the best. I put my hand on the jagged edge and could feel a chill run through my hand and into my body as suddenly screams of some of the lost filled my ears. I quickly stepped back and looked at my friends.

 They hadn't notice a thing.

"Well what do you think of the plan?" Arrow questioned knowing that I had faded.

"What plan?" I asked and I could feel myself get smaller by the two words that escaped my lips. I looked away ashamed but listening this time as the cavern seemed to already swallow me whole.

"Well we can flush the beast out of the place or just go in." Milo rambled trying to get me up to speed but it annoyed me more than I was ashamed.

"Wait, if we flush out the monster what about me or the rest of the army? Do they just sit and wait for a signal? And if we just go in what if it is real? We don't know what we are dealing with!" I argued realizing that this might be a total waste of time or a total blood battle.  Either way I hate it, the thought of us going in there without a clue gives me chills also our record so far with running head first into things has also ended up with a so-so result.

Arrow's eyes narrowed. I could tell that I am pushing her button again. I have been doing that to her more than anything and she knows that her power trip is coming to a close, I hope since I have been proving her wrong lately.

Heflin looked at me with eyes that seemed to have seen the answers. "You’re right. We have no clue what we are up against if anything." Heflin huffed. "What do you suggest then?"

I sighed at the question that was brought forth. All honesty I had no clue on what to do since I know I have no military experience. "Let's just take a look; unseen and unnoticed, um what's the word, scout I guess." I shuttered. I smiled when I was done and Milo returned the favor by smiling back. I could feel myself blush a little as I felt brightened.

"Ok then let's go." Arrow almost ran in the cave but I managed to throw her down and stood above her. She quickly blinked her eyes in surprise and awe that I just stood up to her.

 "You’re not going." I grumbled.

"What do you mean I'm not going?" Arrow hissed.

"I just want to protect you, just in case you are wrong." I explained and Arrow exploded in rage.

"I'm NOT WRONG!!! I HAD YET TO BE WRONG!!! I know my powers! I found you didn't I? That is proof." she pushed me backward and now it is her looking over me and I summoned my sword.

"True but...." I scrambled for words but only could come up with a lie. I didn't want to say it but it would have to work if I just had the courage to say it. "Fine." I huffed and she gave me a troubling smirk. “Just stay hidden."
