Trapped in Atlantis

*Completed* Jonathan Karter is obsessed with a game called Dragons of Atlantis. He plays it every day and night. Sometimes, he even misses school to just play the game. But he hadn't always been like that. He had started playing these games because his little brother, Jack died in an accident. Jonathan is very skilled in Dragons of Atlantis. But what would he realize as he gets stuck in Dragons of Atlantis?

9. Epilogue

Jonathan picked up his backpack. He said bye to the cook and walked out of the house. His best friend, Percy, was waiting for him.

Percy said, "Hey mate! Let's go quickly! If we go there fast enough, maybe we'll get to do our journal quickly and look at Hammie the Hamster!"

Jonathan grinned.

"Ok. Wanna race?"

Jonathan and Percy raced off.

When they arrived at school, Jonathan spotted his teacher, Mr. Bruin.

"Good morning, Mr. Bruin. Isn't it a nice day out today?"

Mr. Bruin grinned.

"It sure is, Jonathan. But we are NOT going outside during Reading."

Percy said, "C'mon, Mr. Bruin! Mr. Riled takes us outside all the time!"

Mr. Bruin said, "Not gonna work, Percy. Mr. Riled teaches P.E. He's supposed to do that."

Percy and Jonathan started unpacking. Then, they did their journal. Finally, they crowded around the small hamster cage. Hammie was playing. Percy and Jonathan laughed.

Jonathan had escaped from Atlantis. In fact, he didn't even play the game anymore. But he was happy. He had a best friend, favorite teacher, and a girlfriend.

He had never been so happy in his life. (Maybe he was happier when Jack was alive.)

It was more fun than sitting in front of the computer all day, playing the game.

And he had learned that it would be better to meet Jack when the time comes being successful and happy. He figured out that would be what Jack would want.
