Ruined my life

Alexis, the girl that everyone loves- except for me. How did she find her way into my life and ruin it? This is the real story, and I'm telling it all from my memory.

18. She Officially Broke my Heart

Now, it's the summer and I am moving on to 7th grade in a few months. When I have a vacation from school for a few months, you would think I could possibly find my way back to Lily and Brittany. If you think that just a tiny bit, then you are wrong.

Now, I am deciding that I should leave my ex best friends for somebody else. That's right, I said ex and I'm going to keep it that way. I don't know who will be a better friend than Lily and Brittany ever were, but I do know that they will actually treat me like friends and not leave me for the devil.

Since I live across the street and next to those girls, and I will be spending a lot of nights lonely in my room, I can hear everything that they are saying, doing, or planning. It gets quite annoying when it happens every night, but I guess I just have to live with it.

One night, things got a little out of control. When you see Alexis, Lily, and Brittany laughing, running around, and yelling in the middle of the night it breaks my heart. They still thought I was their friend...

I was staring out my window at them for about five seconds before I felt the tears streaming down my face. I had so many emotions running through me right now. Then, I realized that I should just get over them and find something to clear my mind. Now, I just can't wait to hear the excuse for this one...

*When I Confront the Girls*

"You know, you creep me out sometimes. I don't like stalkers." Lily said.

"I could hear you from my bedroom. It's either these thin walls or your loud voices." I needed to win this.

"Actually, we wanted to have a sleepover and we were going to invite you, but we thought that things would be awkward between you two. It was either Alexis or you. And we chose Alexis because we felt bad for her." Brittany spoke up.

Seriously? They felt bad for her? What about their lifelong best friend? That they didn't invite to their sleepover?

"Well, I was actually kind of wanting her friendship back..." I said, which caused their faces to go blank. That was finally my cue to leave.
