Things I can't

Travelling all around the world, Harry left Hayley with only her eyes to wipe, untold words, a broken promise and a shattered heart.
But some things can't be erased : a past full of memories she'd rather forget but always will cherish, and an indelible mark, bonding them, forever will remain.
Three little words engraved in her skin and meaningless now that he's gone.

10. Need Help

"Why did you do that?" Harry said, angry.
"Harry, listen, we will return to the hotel and ..." I couldn't finish my sentence. He interrupted me, squeezing my arm. He didn't control himself any more.
"Niall, tell me! You know very well in which state I was the months that followed our break up! I finally had a chance to fix things and you just ruined everything!"
"Harry! Calm down! We'll talk about all this at the hotel! It's too crowded here. That dozens of paparazzi already saw you running after her. You want to make things worse; shouting like a madman in the street and shaking me like that?" I said, trying to stay as calm as possible even if it was hard.
He looked at me with a killer look and went towards the car waiting for us.

Throughout the trip, the atmosphere was heavy and nobody dared to speak.

Once at the hotel, Harry walked past fans without even giving them a look. I felt bad for our fans but we all followed; I owed him some explanations.
As soon as we arrived in the room, Harry was standing in the middle of it, staring at me and waiting for me to explain. I could see Zayn in the back of the room looking at me, worried. We all knew that Harry could have unexpected reactions when he was boiling with anger. I had no reason to be afraid though. I mean it wasn't as if I was alone in the room with Harry. I started to tell him everything. I told him everything without omitting any details. I quickly realized that this was a bad idea. Why did I tell him she was in the room next to ours? We did everything to hold him, but without success. He was already knocking at the door of her room, shouting her name, tears in his eyes.

Hayley's POV

After fleeing away from Harry, I found myself completely lost in the streets of New York. The night began to fall, and it began to rain; a cold winter rain. I don't know whether I was cursed but no taxi stopped when I made them sign. I was frozen and I had no idea how to get to the hotel. Although New York is a vibrant city at night, there were not many people where I was. I was a bit scared. It was absolutely necessary that I find my hotel. I didn't know how long I went round in circles but the more I advanced the more I felt panic overrunning me. Exhausted, I sat under a lamp street and  fell into tears. I couldn't feel my hands anymore because of the cold of the night. That's when my phone rang. I prayed that it wasn't my mother; I wouldn't know what to say. When I looked at the screen of my phone it was a number I didn't know. I usually don't answer but given my situation this person could possibly help me.
"Hayley ?! Where are you ? It's about 5 hours since I'm looking for you !" I heard a voice screaming in the phone, panicked.
"I don't know where I am Niall; please help me, I'm so cold ..." I managed to say, still in tears, before collapsing.
