As we pulled up to my drive way, I let out a sigh. I was relived my mom's car wasn't there. She hadn't gotten home yet. I turned to Harry before he left.

"Thank you," I smiled, "What you're doing is making this whole situation a little better."

"Hey, no problem!" Harry shrugged, "I think it's really cool I have little brothers and sisters."

"Well I think it's really cool that I have a big brother!" I enthused, "So, what will happen? Do we just go back to how things were?"

"Not exactly," Harry nervously scratched his arm, "I'm supposed to be releasing the news tomorrow. I have an interview and one of the questions is about you."

"They saw me?" I asked stunned.

"They have pictures of us at the park, at the school, in LA." Harry looked down, "I'm sorry it had to come to this."

"No, it's fine," I took a deep breath, "Everything happens for a reason, right?"

Harry nodded. We said our goodbyes and I got out of the car. I pushed open the door and walked straight past my dad. I turned around waiting for him to say something, but he just stared at the TV.

"That's it?" I asked him, "You don't even care where I was all day? I didn't text, I didn't call. Harry didn't either."

He continued to look at the TV.

"Dad!" I shouted.

"What do you want from me?" He shouted back, "I messed up! I know! But you doing what you're doing is rubbing it in my face!"

"How is that rubbing it in you're face?" I asked in disbelief, "I'm spending time with my brother!"

"He's not your brother!" He shouted back.

"You know what dad," I felt tears well up, "He is. And he is YOUR son, whether you like it or not. So stop being so mad every time his name is brought up. Because it hurt me. And I'm sure that if he were here, it'd hurt him too." I turned around and walked to my room, "Mom will be here soon, she wants the house clean." I shut my door.

I fell onto my bed, but this time I didn't cry. I was too tired to cry. If he didn't tell her, I would.

As I pulled into the school parking lot, I saw Macie get out of her car. I parked fairly close to hers and got out of the car.

"Macie!" I shouted. She turned around, but when she saw me she shook her head and kept walking.

"Macie!" I shouted again, catching up to her, "Look, I'm sorry I didn't tell you I knew him."

"Yeah, that kinda sucked." She replied still walking forward.

"I wasn't supposed to tell anyone then, about what this was all about." I told her.

"But you know I could have kept a secret." She whined.

"I didn't want anyone to know," I said, "but now, things are much different. I'll tell you, just, can you please stop being mad at me?"

"I already know! You guys are dating!" She said frustrated.

"W-what?" I asked stunned, "No, no no no no, a million times no!"

"Oh?" She stopped and looked at me, "cause that's what everyone at school is saying."

They were already talking about me?

"Well that's not what it is," I said, "I found out that Harry is my brother- well, half brother- and--

"You're kidding me!" Macie half-shouted.

"Shhhh!" I shushed, "I mean, Harry is announcing it later this morning, but I don't want people to know yet."

"Ok," She sighed, "well, I'm here for you. And will be. Always"

I hugged her tight and then we went on our way to class. In choir, we went over our songs again. All eyes seemed to eventually float to me. I'd look at someone and they'd already be staring at me. I didn't like it. Only a few people were brave enough to ask me how I knew him. My response was always the same:"Our families are close." Which wasn't a lie. Completely. Around 3rd period, things started to calm down. Word started to get around, no one needed to ask me anything.

"Oh my gosh..." A girl whispered behind me. I turned around to see her looking down at her lap. Obviously her phone was there. I turned back around and continued to work on my calculus.

"Did you see this?" She whispered to someone else.

"Lemme see!" Another girl whispered. Then she gasped. I turned back around and both girls were staring at me with wide eyes.

"Harry's your brother?!" The second girl asked.

I froze. I tried to smile but I couldn't. I stood up, grabbed the hall pass, and ducked out of there. I ran into

the bathroom, and texted Harry.

TO: Harry

MSG: Two girls found out. I'm pretty scared. What do I do?

I stood in there for only a minute

before he texted back.

FROM: Harry

MSG: Want me to come pick you up? It'll take about 2 hours but I can come get you.

TO: Harry

MSG: No, By then school will be almost over.

FROM: Harry

MSG: Ok, well, be brave! Keep your chin up! By the way, I'm picking you up again tonight to talk with management. They've got some news!

I sighed and got myself together. I went back into the classroom and as soon as I sat back down, the bell rang to go to fourth.

"How was school?" I asked Lucy as I drove home from school.

"Horrible!" She whined, "I thought it would be so much better now that everyone knows but it isn't. People were bugging me with questions, wanting to be around me to meet Harry, and some were even mean!" Her voice broke then, "They made fun of me."

"I am SO sorry," I comforted, "They did that to me too."

"They did?" Lucy asked. I nodded.

The whole day was crap. People whispering behind me back. Making fun of me, making fun of my dad, making fun of my whole family. Those girls who loved One Direction, bugged me so bad. Wanting to know every single detail about meeting the boys. It was bad enough that I went through that. My poor sister.

I pulled up in the driveway and got out of the car. When we got in, my mom was sitting on the couch, reading. I went over and sat down.

"Hey Mom," I said awkwardly, "How was your trip?"

"Fine," she said still looking at the book.

"Well, where'd you go?" I asked.

"Tyler, I'm fine," She told me, "It's a little tough but I'm fine."

"You are?" I asked.

"Yes," she smiled. I smiled back at her, and walked away. I made it halfway into the kitchen when I realized I forgot my backpack in the living room. I walked back, but stopped in my tracks. My mom was sniffling and wiping her eyes. This was getting worse.
