5. さくら❀: At what point does an internet fight with dirt flung at both sides become cyberbullying?

When dirt is flung at both sides during an internet arguement, it is considered cyber bullying when someone starts threatening, harassing, embarrassing, humilating, or plain out insulting the other person.

This is because the definition of cyber bullying is, from http://lee.ifas.ufl.edu/FCS/FCSPubs/What_is_cyberbullying.pdf, is ""Cyber bullying" is when a child, preteen or teen is tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or otherwise targeted by another child, preteen or teen using the Internet, interactive and digital technologies or mobile phones. It has to have a minor on both sides, or at least have been instigated by a minor against another minor."

   Hope this answered your question!
