Vision of The Diamond

Calista had always understood things, even when she was very little. She saw a beggar and she understood his story, she saw a queen and instantly knew everything behind her jeweled gowns. Once, when she was little, she went to se the Swan's Lake Ballet (yes I wrote Swan's on purpose and I know it's Swan Lake) and while everyone else saw the sad and beautiful tale, Calista had a vision. She pictured a purely good, white bird, being held captive by two dark, evil ones. She felt the bird's passion, it's pain, it's sorrow and it's desire to break free. She didn't know it, but this was the beginning of wonderful things.

3. She's here!

"She's here, she's here!Oh,I just can't believe she's here!"

Calista screamed as she ran into the kithchen.

"Delila! Calista! How are you?"

"Caressa! It's good to see you sister!"

"And you! Look, there´s my lovely little Calista."

aunt Caressa screamed.

"Aunt Caressa, you're here!!!!

"It's good to see you darling."

aunt Caressa laughed.

The next day…

"OMG, Adelpha! You have to help me! I'm completely clueless."

"Calm down, Cal. You don't have to worry, aunt Adelpha will help you."

Calista's best friend said in a fake motherly voice.

"Hey! It's not funny!"

Calista said as she pretended to be mad.

"Actually, I think it is."

and they both burst out laughing.

"OK, let's get back to packing."

"I still can't believe you'll be going Lindayn Neriae!"

"It's just Lindayn, you know."

"Not in the old version, that was Lindayn Neriae."

"Yes, but Lindayn lost the Neriae years ago."

"That's the "official" version."

"OK,OK. Let's get you ready."

"Thank you."

Author's Note:

Bit confused? I'll explain(a bit).Neriae are mythical beings, probably similar to Nymphs. You'll find out later in the book.
