Crucio the chamber

(Sequel to Avada kedavra my heart)

Isis doesn't mind being held back and neither does her dad. She has finally learned true powers as an metamorphmagus. She is now in the same year as most of her friends. Her and Fred are as close as ever. So what happens when her dad is in a freak accident or she finds out the heir of slytherin has it in for her? She just wants a normal year but that isn't possible for her.

10. Snakes and the great hall!

As we walked into the great hall I gasped. I never ceased to be amazed by this place. I grabbed Fred's hand and we sat down talking. I was in the middle of a conversation when I heard it. It was a voice it was almost a whisper but I could understand it perfectly over the talking of the great hall, "kill, kill, kill, the mudbloods" it whispered. I was about to say something when I was interrupted by Dumbledore who stood up.

"In these times we must keep our friends close and our enemy's closer. Lord Voldemort is back. He is not powerful for he is merely a spirit looking to take over a soul. Be prepared. But now enough of my speech lets eat!" He  boomed as food appeared on our plates.

I grabbed four baked potatoes and three burgers. I was eating, oblivious to the world until Fred said my name. "Isis, ISIS. I've been calling your name for the past five minutes. "Sorry" I said my mouth full of burger. "Anyway we were wondering what you were saying earlier when dumbledore interrupted." He asked. "Umm.... I will tell u guys later" I said as I noticed Seamus, dean, and nearly headless nick listening in. "Ok" George said letting it go.

I had just dug in when I heard the voice again "the time to kill approaches" it said. I began to choke on my food. I ran from the great hall knowing I would be in trouble. I ran and ran. I reached the kitchens. I tickled the pear (Fred figured it out in our 2nd year) and stepped into the kitchen. Immediately the elves swarmed around me offering me teas and foods. I sat on the chair in the back and began to cry. I knew no one would understand why but it was worth a shot. I told the elves about all my problems and the listened and comforted me. The gave me tea and a comfy blanket. "Thanks" I said and the elves nodded and said how it was no problem.  I drifted into a peaceful sleep as there talking blended together.
