16. chapter sixteen

"Harry." I breathed, soon realising it was actually him.

"What are you doing here?" I sniffled, wiping away another tear with a scrunched up piece of toilet paper I had previously ripped off from the rest of the toilet roll.

"Finding you." He stretched out is arm and let me grab a hold of his hand, helping me up to my shaky feet. He pulled me close, placing his hand in the middle of my back, removing the space we once had between our bodies. He leaned down and placed his soft lips on mine, sending sparks throughout my body. I pulled away and admired him fully, smiling widely at myself.

"What are you smiling at?" He addressed, his soft fingers tracing down my arm and down to my hand, where he entwined our fingers.

"You, you big goof ball." I smiled, squeezing my hand with his. "I love you." I breathed, embracing him in a hug. He hugged me back and whispered "I love you Katie." and placed a soft kiss in my hair.

"By the way, you look beautiful today." He proposed.

"Thank-you." I grinned.

"If everyone could please take their seats the plane will be taking off in just a few short minutes. thank-you." An announcer announced over the intercom.

"We should go." Harry smiled, removing himself from the hug. My arms fell loosely by my side as he tugged on the door, making it fold open. I followed him out and down the aisles until we reached Harry's designated seat. He slid into his chair and buckled up his seat belt, whilst I stood their admiring him. I bent down and softly kissed his lips, then stood up, smiled, and sauntered away from him, and returning to my seat.

"Are you okay love?" My dad quizzed me, looking up from his book for a second, before burying it back again.

Perfectly fine." I grinned, sinking into my seat before buckling myself to the chair as well.

The plane began taking off and I admired the view outside the window. It was one thing I liked, looking out the window and looking down on everyone, it seemed more peaceful to me.

The plane ride seemed shorter than when we were going to England, and I'm glad of it. Everyone rushed to get off the plane, people pushing and shoving others. Me and dad stayed in our seats until everyone left, that way it was easier to grab our carry on bags and things from the over head compartment. I gazed down the plane and saw Harry had gone out with the crowd. Dad pulled me out of my gaze by chucking me my bag so I slung it over my shoulder and headed for the plane door. I cautiously stepped down the metal steps and roamed the long runway outlined by bright orange cones which guided me to the airport. A man dressed in a full black and white suit greeted me by the door, and I gave him a warm smile. Soon Harry appeared smiling from ear to ear at me, before embracing me in another one of his hugs.

"I've always wanted to go to Australia." He announced.

Someone cleared their throat behind me and instantly I knew who it was.

It was dad.

"Harry?" He questioned, wide eyed.

"Hey Mr Pierce. how was your flight?" Harry warmly smiled, shaking my fathers hand.

"Yeah it was good. What are you going here?"

"Oh I invited him dad." I piped up, not wanting dad to know why he was really here.

"Yeah." harry smiled.

"Well will you be staying with us?" My father asked, as the three of us began walking to the airports front doors.

"Of course dad, hes our guest." I mentioned, as dad hailed a cab for us.

"Sorry sorry my bad. Well welcome to Australia Harry." He smiled before climbing in the front seat of the cab. He gave the cabbie the address of the hotel we would be staying at which was issued by dads company, whilst Harry and I secretly held hands in the back, sitting awfully close to each other.
