7. chapter seven

Harry's pov

I really missed Katie.

I wanted to just go and see her, wanting to know what I did wrong. What I did for her to hate me.

But it’s kinda hard when Lauren has stayed at my house all week.

But today she is going home. Today she won’t be able to monitor where I am at all times. Today, I can go see my best friend again.

Like I said before, I missed her. Her perfect smile, long beautiful hair, and sparkling eyes. She was not perfect in everybody's eyes, but she sure was perfect in mine.

She was the perfect best friend. I couldn't ask for anyone different.

Katie's pov

This whole week I have spent in bed. Waiting for those luscious curls to walk through the door, telling me everything would be okay. But he hasn't.

Feelings suck.

I hate having feelings for a guy. Especially one that is taken, by a much prettier, funnier, smarter girl like Lauren.

I decided I should just forget about Harry, knowing we won’t ever be a thing. I pulled myself out of bed and pulled on a pair of grey sweats and a white singlet, and threw my hair up in a messy bun. I bent down and grabbed my shoes and slipped on my black converses before grabbing my wallet and heading out of the door.

I decided to just walk aimlessly around London before finding the shops. I walked past a small version of the apple store and walked in, taking in the fresh smell of Frangipani. I walked over to the iPhone section and tried figuring out if I wanted the iPhone 4s or 5, considering I haven't had a phone for like 3 weeks now.

I must have left it in Australia or something.

Suddenly, the thought of Luke popped in my mind.

I really missed him.

Technically we were still together, so maybe if I focused more on trying to make our long distance relationship work, rather than hoping something might happen with me and Harry, I could get rid of all the feelings for him for good.

"Hello, May I help you?" a young looking woman asked me, pulling me out of my gaze.

"Hi, I’d like to buy the iPhone 5 please." I smiled at her. She grabbed an iPhone 5 from behind the desk before placing it in front of her. "Card or cash?" she politely spoke. Some people here are so kind.

"Card." I then handed her card to swipe. I typed the pin in and she gave me my card back. The machine beeped signalling the transaction was complete, and then printed out a receipt for me. She handed me the iPhone and receipt before wishing me a good day. I waved goodbye before heading out the store.

Now that I had the main thing I needed, I decided I could do with some new clothes.
