Fresh Meat

{1D before the fame}I go to school with five of the hottest Juniors you will ever see. I also happen to be a stupid little Freshman. I'm the Fresh Meat of the school, and NOBODY hot notices me, until something shocking happens. Maybe we are just a little more than fresh meat...

3. You're a Joke.

Kirsten's P.O.V

Louis was around my locker, but I didn't figure it was anything to do with me. He leaned one arm against the lockers to my left, but he still left me a respectable space bubble. He looked as if he was about to say something, but then a blonde figure stepped in front of me. She said, "Heyy Lou, what's up?" He was taller than her so he tried to look over the top of her, but she got on her tippy toes and grabbed his chin.

He didn't like that at all. He softly smacked her hand away. "I'm trying to have a conversation, thank you. Can you just leave me alone, I would really appreciate it. Thank you,". She stomped her foot. "You're rejecting me, for that? That little piece of Fresh Meat?" She had the bitchiest look I've ever seen on her face.

"Excuse me?! This 'little piece of fresh meat' is my friend! I would like to have a normal conversation. Now, do you mind?" She stormed off, and He flipped her off behind her back. I busied myself with taking out my homework. He turned on me and donned a grin.

"I'm so sorry about her! She doesn't know when enough's enough! So, how are your classes going?" I was totally in shock. He had rejected one of the most popular juniors to have a conversation with me! Emily, my very short best friend, tried to peer over her locker. Because she was so short, she had success, because you couldn't see anything, except for her brown frizzy hair she had pulled into a bun, and her eyes. I glanced at her, then remembered that I was having a conversation.

"I really like them so far. They're really good. I'm taking two advanced classes, that I'm a little worried about though. What about you?" He grinned. Why does he look so happy?

"My classes are good, nothing too different from last year. I know you take Biology, what other advanced class are you in?" He honestly seemed interested. I have no idea why. Emily was still staring, but I don't think Louis noticed.

I answered with, "I'm in Geometry right now. With the sophomores. They think they're soooo superior! This was them last year! Like, seriously. Get over yourself." He gave me an apologetic look.

"I'm sorry... Do you want a ride home?" He asked, I think, slightly hopefully. I just got asked for a ride home. With. Louis. Fucking. Tomlinson. Damn it! I couldn't go! I had volleyball practice! How to put this...

"Louis, I'm sorry, but I have volleyball practice, in 15 or so minutes... I wish I could though," He looked dejected at my response. Omigod. Louis cared if I wanted a ride home. Wait! This was probably some stupid fucking dare. Why didn't I see it before?! That's probably what Harry said. Let's play a joke on the new fucking Freshie! That's just great.

I slammed my locker door, and said a "Bye," Over my shoulder as I had my duffel bag slung across my shoulder. I made my way towards the locker room, as Louis jogged behind me, taking up my brisk pace. "What do you want Louis?" I asked him, to try to get him to get away from me.

"What happened? Was it something that I said? You were fine one second and the next, slamming your locker. What happened?" He repeated. I gave him a glare.

"Oh, what a shame, this is the girls locker room. For girls. What a shame,". I gave him a glare as I passed through the door. His face was contorted in confusion, but I really wasn't in the mood to explain myself to him. I got dressed, and as I walked out of the locker room, he still hadn't moved. He tried to talk to me, to step in my way and bar me from the gym. He grabbed my arms, not hard enough to hurt me, or do any damage, but enough to let me know he was there. "Let me go Louis. I don't want to do this right now," He didn't let go. "Let go Louis. Right now." I said in a more firm voice.

"As you wish madame. Do you think you could talk to me about it later? Over coffe?" Was Louis asking me out? Seriously?! I couldn't let that pass, even if it was a joke.

"Sure, after practice I guess. We get out at six, but I have to shower and change. I'll be out as soon as I can.=," I said, as I walked into the gym.
