My BIG Journey

'Sorry Alicia! My camera won't work!' I said into my computer screen.
'Sorry love... but who's Alicia?'
I froze... my camera wasn't working and all the person could hear was me... speaking.
"Umm-uhh... I'm terrib-bly sorry, I m-must have the w-wrong Skype!' I stuttered.
This guy was completely hot... and I knew him from somewhere...
"What's your name?" his british accent asked me.
"Evie" I waited for a response
"What a lovely name! I just wish that I could see your face!"
This was just my lucky day that he didn't see me... VERY lucky. Being obese isn't easy...
"Anyways, I know you are probably beautiful!" The guy smiled.
'Pssssh... yeah right' I thought to myself. But it felt good to hear someone say such a thing.. I've never heard the word beautiful being spoken to me.
I laughed and smiled.
"I love your laugh, too!"
"My name is....'

15. Chapter 13- Suprise Suprise

My goal for the next two months is to be down to 200 lbs. I know what it's a kinda big goal... but it's what I truly want.

I woke up earlier than my parents, getting dressed in some new yoga pants my mom got for me and a tank top. I combed my hair (YES, I combed my stinkin' hair!) and pulled it into a bun, pulling a sweater over my head for the outside's cold weather.

Today, I decided to jog to the gym, even though it's 5 miles away. Leaving my mother a note saying that I was leaving early, I pushed some ear plugs into my ears and started on my way.

(After the jog..)

Once I made it to the gym, I breathed in and out, closing my eyes as I let my body relax. I have been to the gym every morning for 98 days in a row now. I have a basic routine that I have gotten used to, and each day, I run faster and faster.

My trainer has been watching me all of those days, recording notes that I have no clue are about.

Walking into the gym finally relaxed, I took a sip from the water fountain and stood back up, only to see my crazy trainer. I jumped.

"Well good morning Sarah. Sorry, you startled me..." I told her. She smiled brightly.

"Sorry Sarabel, but I actually have something to tell you... and I need you to listen to me loud and clearly." I nodded my head slowly, nervous as to what she was going to say.

"You are quite something to watch, and starting from a size that you used to have... I was pretty shocked," she said proudly. I nodded at her again, signaling for her to keep going.

"You just have so much motivation, something that I have never seen before. I personally think that you should share your story with the world..."

I was honestly confused at what she was trying to get at. "I'm sorry, what do you mean by that?" I questioned. She hesitated.

"Some news reporters showed up today, asking if there was anything new going on in the gym. I told them... about you. How you are so determined, so hard-working, that you're something that I have never in my life have experienced."

Suprisingly, I agreed with her offering. Maybe... just maybe, I could help others around the world that were just like me, if there were any people like me...

"They would like to come in and interview you tomorrow... and share whatever story is up in your head." I took a deep breath, letting her words sink in.

"Well... would you like to take up this offering?" she said with a look of pride in her face. Closing my eyes and opening them once again, I replied quietly.

"I'll do it."
