High School Romance.

Ariel, an image of a red-headed mermaid poped into your head, didn't it? Well, that's kind of me. A fiery red head and look alike to Molly Quinn. I just started high school (oh joy.) and I'm so not used to it. What happened to small schools? Oh well, but, I can't really complain. And all of my classes are fairly easy, and every single one of them I share with the most random guy, football jersey number 13. That's what I call him, thirteen. And I think I like him... like, LIKE LIKE him... and I'm pretty sure he feels the same way about me...

7. Chapter Two, Part Two.

"What theater are we going to?" I asked. We had been walking in a silence since we left my house, occasionally glancing up at each other to catch the other person already watching, and then smile back down at either the ground or the scene around us.

"It's on the nest block up ahead." He said. He pointed to the direction with the hand he had tangled in with mine.

I had to smile at that. He was bolder in ways that a lot of people were, or at least a lot of guys were twoards me.

I looked up to the sky that was turning into a breath taking cotton candy pink that was slowly mixing into the light blue that was the remaining day lit sky. The sun was trying to outrun a fluffy snow-white cloud and slowly was falling into the far away Atlantic Ocean.

I smiled, maybe I would adjust to life here...

"This is it," Ryan said. He stopped and faced the building, he glanced over at me and smiled. I'll admit, my curiosity shot through the roof, it was an old abandoned warehouse turned into a movie theater, it was the total cliche old fashioned that made you want to enter and explore until you found everything out about it.

"I already love it." I said with a smile.

Ryan laughed, then led me inside. Behind a counter were two guys arm wresteling. They stopped and looked over at us once we walked in, and as they gave us our tickets they kept discussing who won.

"Dude, I totally whopped your a-"

"Uhhh," his friends cut in, clearly motioning towards me.

The guy looked over at me and blushed. He turned back to his friend and gave him the I-didn't-see-her look. "I totally whopped your arse."

"THAT'S BASICALLY THE SAME THING!" His friend whisper shouted.

I giggled, Ryan payed for the tickets and I pressed that he let me get the drinks. After that we went into the darkly lit theater and sat down just as the movie started.
