High School Romance.

Ariel, an image of a red-headed mermaid poped into your head, didn't it? Well, that's kind of me. A fiery red head and look alike to Molly Quinn. I just started high school (oh joy.) and I'm so not used to it. What happened to small schools? Oh well, but, I can't really complain. And all of my classes are fairly easy, and every single one of them I share with the most random guy, football jersey number 13. That's what I call him, thirteen. And I think I like him... like, LIKE LIKE him... and I'm pretty sure he feels the same way about me...

18. Chapter Three, Part Seven.

We walked around for a while longer, every now and then pausing to admire some of the 'art' Stephanie found, which I labled 'garfitti'.

Some of it was art though, some one had painstakenly painted a mural of a farm. Seeing the open blue skies made me ache for my Texas home.

"It's over here, right?" Nathan asked Ryan.

"Yeah, just around the corner." He replied. His calm apperance couldn't hide the playful smirk that appeared at his lips mockingly.

"Where are we going, boobear?" Stephanie whined to Nathan.

"Boobear?" Ryan asked mockingly.

Nathan smiled and kept walking. I glanced over at Ryan and saw his content in never giving up the location either.

I slightly shook my head and followed the two in front of me. They rounded a corner and I peeked around.

My breath was taken away.

The huge stone wall that bordered the area couldn't contain what beauty beheld inside, huge trees peeked over the top of the wall, and vines climbed over trying to make a daring escape.

"Right in here," Nathan said to Stephanie. He pried open the black painted wire fence that closed off the garden.

Stephanie walked in and I followed, again, my breath was taken away.

Flowers lined the stone wall, a little river running along in a continous circle behind them. The flowers varied from roses, blue bells, lillies, sun flowers, and even more I couldn't name. I twirled around, the wall had words scribbled on it. I took a few steps closer, careful not to step on the precious flowers, and read what the wall offered.

Dream on, Dreamer.

Keep fighting!

to my dearest love, till we meet again, I will always love you...

Today is never to late to be brand new.

I had to smile, all encouraging words.

I looked over my shoulder again and saw a fountain standing tall, a muse of a couple holding hands, they both held a heart. I guessed it symbolized true love, or something along those lines.

"What do you think?"

I whirrled around and saw Ryan watching me, a smile playing at his lips and his arms crossed over his chest.

"It's beautiful," I said smiling, "how did you find out about it?"

He took a few steps closer and held me in his arms. I looked up into the deep brown eyes that twinkled in the night sky. He tilted his head to the side and smiled.

"You ask too many questions."

And with that, he pressed his lips to mine.
