High School Romance.

Ariel, an image of a red-headed mermaid poped into your head, didn't it? Well, that's kind of me. A fiery red head and look alike to Molly Quinn. I just started high school (oh joy.) and I'm so not used to it. What happened to small schools? Oh well, but, I can't really complain. And all of my classes are fairly easy, and every single one of them I share with the most random guy, football jersey number 13. That's what I call him, thirteen. And I think I like him... like, LIKE LIKE him... and I'm pretty sure he feels the same way about me...

56. Chapter Eleven, Part Three.

(A/N: cuss word warning! Again, not that bad, but, whatever. Just like giving a heads up.)

"What happened back there?" I asked. I rubbed my head and winced.

Jackson sighed and slowly accelerated as the light turned green.

"Well, after you hit your head and blacked out, Ryan and I got in a fight."

I nodded. It made some sense.....

"Hey, how many classes do you have with him?" Jackson asked.

I looked at him questionably. Why would he care?

"Oh my God." I groaned. I covered my face with my hands and leaned back in my seat. "I have every single class with him."

Jackson sighed and pulled up to a strip mall.

"Hey, can't we... Can't we just go home?" I asked softly.

"Nope. Not yet. We have to forget about the jack ass." Jackson said smiling.

I sighed but got out and followed reluctantly. It annoyed me that I had to do this... But... Whatever to make Jackson somewhat happy. I mean, he just got in a fight so... My conscious reminded me it would be good to be nice and go along with him today.

Jackson dragged me through the mall, we never bought anything, just window shopped. After a while, I forgot his name.

It was kind of funny, I'd just snap my fingers a few times and say, "oh you know, that guy, you just got in a fight we used to date..."

Jackson got a kick out of it and for a while I felt somewhat normal.

New Years Eve was in two days, and then school started again about a week after New Years.

I debated on telling Stephanie about all that was happening. She'd want to know, of course, but it'd be difficult to explain.

When three o'clock rolled around Jackson decided it was time to go home. We drove in a silence, I fell asleep on the way home.
