Ellipsis

el·lip·sis : the omission of a word or phrase necessary for a complete syntactical construction but not necessary for understanding.

In the silent gaps in our conversations; the perceived elipsis, as I called them, these words had gathered behind dry lips. Eventually though, they made their way to paper.

2. Co-dependant

Can't have one shoe without the other
Can't have a father without a mother
Can't have a lover without another
Can't dream without memories of her

But what happens when shoes are seperated
A father lost, a father hated
A lover left devastated
Irrational dreams of a girl you once dated

They cannot thrive
They cannot survive
They are barely alive
But they cannot revive

[a.c.]
