Love Struck 2: That Summer

"Don't walk away," he whispered. "Don't leave me. Don't leave me here, alone."

Harry and Jordyn had a nice start to the summer. Their friends Grace, Niall and Louis all hang out with them to make the summer unforgettable before their senior year at Wolfridge High. While summer tends to go on, Harry wishes it could never end.
But what happens when the love of his life brings heart-breaking news to all four of them? Will they stay together? Or break up?

20. Jordyn's POV:

Soon enough, the pianist started playing 'Here Comes the Bride' and everybody stood up, looking at the doorway. I couldn't really make out the brides face from far away, but she was very beautiful. She had a rose bouquet wrapped in her hands with a lace pattern running all over her dress...I can tell she's really nervous, but happy at the same time. She's really lucky to be getting married today.

"That's your cousin, right?" I asked Harry. He nodded.

"She's very pretty."

"But not as pretty as you," he whispered. I lightly slapped his arm, giggling.

"What's your cousin's name?"

"Theresa."

I nodded, turning my attention back to Theresa, who was now at the altar, holding the grooms hands. They both had smirks on their faces, and I suddenly felt so happy for both of them.

They soon were reading their vows to each other, and I couldn't help but take Harry's hand in mine. I've always pictured the day that I would read my vows to someone, and I didn't have anyone else in mind but Harry. I've known him pretty much my whole life anyways.

I kissed his cheek and he flushed a pinkish-red color. I smiled.

They both exchanged 'I do's' and kissed. Everybody stood up and clapped, congratulating the new marriage. I'm now even more excited to go to the reception, which was just a few hours from now.

"What time are you going to be at the reception tonight?" Harry asked me as we started to walk out. Everybody was practically trampling over each other to see both the bride and groom on the way out. Harry's family was in front of us and my family was behind us.

"It starts at 6:30, right?"

"Yeah. I'll be there a few minutes early, so if you wanted to be there early too..."

"I honestly don't know when I'll be there. My family isn't just going to drive back to Miami and then come back here. I don't know what to do for the next 4 & 1/2 hours."

"I don't really know what to do, either."

"Hang on a second." I turned around and asked my mom what we were going to do. I expected just staying here, but apparently we're going home.

"Harry, my family's going home, apparently."

"Then I'll just go home, to. There's really know point in staying here."

"Good to know."

When we reached the doorway, Harry greeted Theresa by giving her a hug. She was even prettier up close. The groom looked just as nice.

"Theresa, this is my girlfriend, Jordyn," Harry gestured to me. I smiled.

"Nice to meet you, Jordyn."

"You to," I said, shaking her hand. "I really like your dress."

"Thank you! I like yours, to."

We then greeted the groom (who's name was Nick), Harry introduced me and we walked out the door.
