All Alone: Rise of a Superstar

Justin Drew Bieber has been through thick and thin.
An abusive step-father, a weak mom and a poor reputation at school isn't all Justin struggles with.
After loosing loved-ones and moving from Stratford to Atlanta, Justin seems to be coping well with the new atmosphere.
After getting a surprise phone-call, followed by meetings and arrangements, could this be the rise of a superstar?

Justin’s POV

I held my skateboard under my arm as I made my way towards the ramps at the skate park.

I caught sight of four boys, one on the ramp, two others sitting at a bench and finally, one as I recognized as John, was waving me over.

“Hey! Glad you could make it.” John said, nodding his head and me before turning to the other three guys.

“Ok so that’s Kaleb, that’s Dylan and that’s Maverick.” John stated, pointing to the three boys who gave me a three-fingered wave each.

Kaleb had big blue eyes and dark brown hair. Dylan’s hair was cut short and a white blonde color. He too had blue eyes. And then there was Maverick, who had caramel colored eyes and dirty blonde hair, much like mine.

“Nice to meet you.” I said, sending them a grin.

Felicity’s POV

I looked around the house to see a side gate and had great intentions of jumping over it.

I walked towards the white color-bond fencing, the dry grass crunching under the souls of my shoes, as I gripped onto the top over the fence and heaved myself up.

I moved the garbage can over with my feet and stood on it, which gave me a better chance of jumping over the fence.

After a few minutes, I managed to successfully climb over the fence, jumping onto the paving that was behind it. I ventured towards the back of the house to see if any windows were open or didn’t have the curtain drawn.

When I found one, I pressed my face to the glass, cupping the sides of my face with my hands, gazing into the house.

The house was vacuous.

My eyebrows furrowed in confusion as I made my way to the back door, pulling on the handle which just happened to open.

I refused to believe Justin would just get up and go to Atlanta.

But where were his grandparents, and all their furniture?

“Hello?” I called out, walking into the house, my voice echoing off the walls. It was a little past five and the sun was setting.

I walked towards the set of stairs that were right by the front door way and gazed into the kitchen.

There were a few papers that were on the kitchen counter so I walked over to look at them.

There was a foster care paper and a death certificate.

My hand made its way to cover my mouth and a gasped escaped my lips, tears brimming my eyelids.

Name: Bruce Dale

Cause of death: Hit in a car accident

Signed: Dr Rupert Henswick

I don’t understand.

Who was Bruce Dale?

I couldn’t possibly be Justin’s grandfather, could it?

I picked the other one off the table, which was the same except the name was different.

Diane Dale

Were these people Justin’s grandparents?

I felt slightly relieved when I read them and it didn’t have Justin’s name printed across the dotted line.

But I felt horrible, thinking it was Justin’s grandparents that had died.

A tear slid down my cheek and then a few more.

This would explain why Justin left.

He didn’t have anyone left.
