15. Will you be my girlfriend?

Tom's P.O.V

As I departed the plane, I stood in the line and waited for my bags to be delivered off the plane to me. Everyone was collecting their bags in a hurry, eager to see their loved ones.

'Go see Sam!' I told Chris, patting him on the back. Sam hadn't come to the same training camp as us, her coach insisted she went somewhere else, which was only for a week. And what the coach orders, you have to do.

'No I'll wait for you mate!' Chris responded as numerous amounts of bags kept coming through on the belt.

'Chris! Just go! I know Sam's waiting to see you! Wait for me out there or something' I told him. He finally gave in and he said he'd wait for me outside the terminal. A massive smile was on his face at the fact he was going to see Sam. I wish my face did the same, but it didn't. I waited a few more minutes before my bags finally arrived.

Maddy's P.O.V

I knew Tom was coming home today. I knew what time he was landing. I knew what terminal he was landing in too. So, I went to the airport despite what everyone said, 'leave him, he's not worth it' but he is worth it. And I know for a fact everything that happened wasn't his fault. Me and him both knew who's fault it was. So here I was, standing with Sam outside the terminal arrival both him and Tom would be coming through. Sam was so excited to be seeing Chris. I actually felt sick at the thought of seeing him.

We were the only two left there, everyone had come and left, so something was holding both of them up. I felt sick as I seen a tanned figure with black hair behind the no so see through glass wall. A wave of relief washed over me as Chris appeared. I left him and Sam have a moment before I asked him the all important question.

'Erm Chris' I cleared my throat. 'Where's Tom?'

'He's waiting for his bag, it's last to come off the plane' Chris informed me.

'How is he?' I asked him.

'Not too good Madz.. But I can assure you, he'll be a lot better once he knows you're here' he told me, nodding his head to the figure behind the glass doors, who we knew for a fact was Tom. I felt like I could bring up my whole weeks of food as his figure appeared from behind the glass door. Everything seemed to stop as he looked at me, a massive smile all over his face which I don't think could of got any bigger. I felt tears prick my eyes, luckily I was wear dark sun glasses as I knew this would happen. I couldn't hold it any longer, I ran across towards him, as he wrapped his arms tightly around me as if he never wanted to let go.

'I love you' I chocked, tears spilling from my eyes sliding underneath my sun glasses. It's true. Three weeks was all it took me to fall completely in love with him. I figured that out the moment he left to go to training camp. I felt empty and lonely. An ache in my heart only he could fill.

'I love you too' he whispered to me, as I inhaled his scent which I had missed so much. 'Maddy, I'm sorry it wasn't my fault she-' He began, before I cut him off with a kiss.

'Shhhh' I whispered. 'I know' I told him, before placing my lips back on his, both of us getting lost in a very passionate kiss, which spoke the words only we needed to know.

'I'm never leaving you again' he whispered to me as our lips parted.

'Good, because I don't want you too' I told him.

'Maddy' he spoke with a serious tone on his voice.

'Yes Tom?' I asked, smiling at him.

'Will you be my girlfriend now?' He questioned, holding my hand.

'I thought you'd never ask' I told him, passionately kissing him once more. 'Does that answer your question?' I asked him, as our foreheads pressed together.

'It does but I need to hear you say it first' he smirked at me.

'Yes Tom Daley, I will be your girlfriend' I grinned at him, our foreheads still touching, he bit his bottom lip with a smile which seemed like it was going to be permanent across his light pink lips as each on of our hands entwined with each others on both sides, holding tightly not wanting to let go.

I couldn't of been happier. Tom was back home, as my boyfriend. I honestly had the bestest boyfriend in the whole entire world, and we will get through and fight through anything, no matter what gets thrown our way.
