A Magical Year (Magical trilogy book #2)

*Complete* 1976 ... Last year, Alex and Kyle visited Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with their school. They're best friends, and more like a brother and sister. Hogwarts was not the kind of school they expected to ever visit, since it taught REAL magic. And they never expected to meet such people there, people who they'd love.
Because of this love, Alex got the ability to make some simple spells; a talent that it so rare that it's nearly impossible. Now what'll happen when Alex turns from a muggle to a part-witch? And what will the Ministry of Magic decide to do about her?

31. Time Spent

I was sitting with Remus in the castle's grounds. I was telling him that since he's a werewolf, he should protect me from some people, by ripping their chests and killing them. We were just kidding of course. I know that if it came to Remus, he wouldn't hurt a fly.

"You know that Slytherin girl, Erma? You should seriously kill her Remus. Like, rip her stomach and drink her blood!"

"Ouch. You're getting scary Max. And besides, I'm a werewolf not a vampire, remember?" I laughed, a bit more than I was supposed to, and put my head on his lap. He started playing with my hair.

Being a werewolf isn't such a fun thing. It's really hard, actually. Werewolves lose control of themselves, and they can even hurt their friends and beloved ones. That's why Remus never got the guts to ask me out last year, but after I talked to him and he told me that he's a werewolf, things got much better. It's funny, sometimes, how people laugh and joke about the things that they hate, or fear. Maybe it makes things easier, and maybe we do it just to challenge life and slap it in the face for hurting us and getting us afraid. No life, we'll still be happy.

I realized that Remus was staring in my eyes, a smile on his face.

"What?" I asked.

"I love your eyes in the sunlight. And your hair. And you're beautiful." I leaned on my elbows so that my face would be closer to his and kissed him. "I hate to stop this, but I have a class now." I said. Remus made an unpleasant voice and gave me a grumpy face.

"One more kiss?" He asked. And without waiting for an answer he leaned closer and kissed me, my head went back on his lap, laying. The kiss was long, and I really loved it.

I love every minute I spend with him.

As I went to my dormitories to get my books for my next class, I found a parchment pinned on the common room's board.

The announcement of the names of the students

who've been accepted in the house's Quidditch

team will be released tomorrow.

I was really excite about this, and I wished I could share my excitement with Alex, but she had another class now, and some days I barely see her, because our timetables are so different. I wish I can spend time with her as much as I want to.

Oh thank god. I have Magic Basics now, with Sirius. I miss him so much!

I went to the classroom we met in last time, and sat there, waiting for him. Luckily, this time he wasn't so late. When he came in we kissed, and started joking about the whole, "You're not supposed to kiss your teacher." Thing. We still tell these jokes, and I think they'll never get old. It's just so fun. It is also kinda insane, cause, he's my boyfriend after all.

"I miss you." He said.

"Really? Cause I don't." I say. "Not to be mean or anything."

"Liar." He said.

"You're that confident? Oh get over yourself." I said smiling a bit. I didn't know if I could hold my laugh any longer.

"It's not self confidence, if you want the truth. I don't believe in myself that much. I believe in our love, more than I believe in myself. I believe in us."

"Can you get any better?" I said wrapping my arms around his neck. He put his hands on my waist and it gave me small, nice, chills. And I blushed.

"I love you." He whispered before kissing me.

"I love you too."

When we decided to get to seriousness, he taught me about many things. Creatures, traditions that wizards do. He said that he couldn't tell me about everything now, but he'll be teaching it to me by time.

After that it was lunchtime, and we went to the Great Hall together, and sat with the others. But before we left, professor Flitwick gave us the announcement of the Apparition classes. They'll start tomorrow.
