9. No Pressure

Ashley's P.O.V

Tuesday Night

It was such a fun night, destroying Liam in laser tag. He invited two of his friends and those two friends had a girlfriend so we played with them, girls against boys. We crushed them, but even if we did lose it would still have been tons of fun, but we didn't so… Now Liam and I are taking a walk in the same park we went to the other day which is a bit more crowded, then the last time, some families walking around together and couples taking a walk as well. Liam has one arm around me and my head rests on his shoulders as we walk to no where in particular.

"Did you enjoy yourself tonight?" he asks, I see his breath fight against the cold winter air.

"Yeah, you're friends are cool," I say and the ends of his lips curl up a bit.

"Yeah, they can be a bit weird at times," he laughs, watching his feet.

"Weird is good. If everyone was normal life would be a bit boring, don't you think?" I say, glancing back and forth between the ground and his eyes.

"That's a good way to look at things, Ash," he says.

"Try to stay positive in this cruel world is all," I say he smiles.

"I heard about you and Louis," he says, my eyes go wide, I look back to the ground, hoping he doesn't notice.

"What did you hear?" I ask as blankly as possible.

"You went over to his house," he says, then pauses, "probably for a date or something." I nod.

"Yeah, for a cup of tea," I say, then I feel the puddle of tea on my stomach, and Louis' tongue, licking it up. I shiver.

"Are you cold, love?" He asks, pulling me tighter, "everyone thinks you guys…uhh…you know." His cheeks go red and I giggle, "I don't believe it. I don't think you would do that so early in a relationship. I get that you have to pick between us, so take your time and make the right decision. I just want you to be happy, Ash, no matter who you pick."

"Thanks," I sigh.

"No pressure," he adds, I laugh.

"Doesn't sound like that's true," I laugh and he smiles.

"I should probably get you back home now," he says, he turns us around back to the direction of the parking lot, we find the car, and he drives me home.

"You can not be serious," Jo says, cleaning out the ice cream carton that I just bought this morning.

"I'm cereal," I say, slumping on the couch.

"So you told LOUIS TOMLINSON that he CAN'T have sex with you?!" Jo says.

"Yup, I sure did," I say.

"Okay, I know the problem," she says.

"What?" I ask, desperate for a solution.

"You're simply a crazy, retarded, lunatic," she says calmly, then continues to eat my favorite ice cream.

"Well this, crazy, retarded, lunatic is gonna take a day off from dating to sit down and breathe," I say, sitting back in my seat.

"Ooohh but you can't,"she says and stares into the ice cream carton, avoiding all kinds of eye contact.

"Why is that Jo?" I ask sternly.

"You kinda have a double date with Niall and I," she says, "You're going with Louis. We're going to a football game." I huff air, at least it's a double date. Niall and Louis will probably be too focused on the game to talk to me.

"Thanks for asking me, you're the best," I murmur sarcastically.

"Your welcome,"she says cheerily.

"I hate you," I say.

"Love you too," she says, then gets up, "I gotta go."

"Where are you going at 9:30?" I ask her.

"Going to a movie with Harry," she says, opening the door.

"To see what?"

"The new Paranormal Activity," she says.

"Well have fun tell Harry I say haaaayyyy," I say laughing.

"Ew gross, no. No one likes you," she says then closes the door. I hate horror movies, I don't see the entertaining factor of seeing a movie that makes you scared. It just doesn't make sense to me. The last scary movie I saw was The Haunted House and the Human Centipede. Haunted House wasn't so scary but Human Centipede left me with nightmares for weeks.

A soccer game, I hope it's not too cold tomorrow. I get ready for bed, then watch TV until' I fall asleep.
