Bad for Me

When Ally moves to a new school, once again after her father changed locations in the military, he meets a lot of good people. But in the midst of everyone welcoming her and new friendships, she meets him. Zayn Malik, the schools bad boy rebel. Her friends tell her to watch out, but something tells her to go for the chase.

4. Aunt Robin

.              I come up to my locker, and take out my combination, spinning the knob around till it clicks open. Taking my English and Math homework out, I stuff my homework in my tiny book bag. As I finally zip it closed, I feel someone walk up. "Your name's Ally, right?" I hear a deep voice, and look up to see Zayn leaning on the locker beside mine. I nod, and shut my locker closed. "Ally." He whispers under his breath again, moving closer to me, the lockers touching my back. "Sounds so," the boy leaned down and looked right into my eyes. "Innocent." The words drew and stretched out of his mouth, leaving a lingering mint smell. "I gotta go." I whisper and shudder under his towering structure. "Goodbye." Zayn murmurs as his hand gently strokes my cheek, making me shiver. Finally, he struts away, and I run from my problems.

"Hey Ally-cat! Need a ride?" Harry pulls up beside me in a Mercedes, driving at the speed of my walk. "It's fine Harry, thanks though." I say quickly, just trying to get home to where I can take a hot shower, and think it all out. "Are you sure? I promise I want bite." He teases and pats the passenger seat. "Hop in." "I'm sure, my house is just a block away now." I reply, watching his car start to speed up. I wish my dad would let me get a car, but no. I have to wait till college. "Alright, let me know if you ever need a ride, mkay?" Harry tells me, and waves before speeding off, his curls flying behind him.

Smiling a little, I speed walk the rest of the way, and walk up the stairs to Aunt Robin's apartment. "Who is it?" She barely says loud enough for me to hear through the door after I knock. "It's Ally." I answer, and slip in as Aunt Robin cracks the door open. "Thank goodness that was you, Ally," Aunt Robin sighs out of relief. "I thought it was a thief or murderer!" "Aunt Robin, no one is going to come in and steal anything, you don't have anything worth to steal, and why would someone want to kill a pour sweet woman like you?" Reassuring her, I get a snack out of the cabinets. Can't go wrong with a Granola Bar. "You never know dear. There's bad, scary people out there. " She mumbles before sitting back in her recliner.

Walking to the back of the apartment, I drop everything in my room and make a dash to the bathroom. Turning the water on hot, I strip and jump in, letting the hot water run over my body. Relaxed, I recap everything that happened today. Well, basically some bad boy told me he was going to 'get me'. I met a guy named Superman. I now have an overprotective brother now, which has been my dream for years. Yeah it sucks being the only child. Oh yeah, I fell on my ass in front of the whole school, but for some reason nobody laughed, which was either bad or really bad. What a normal day to start with. I wonder what tomorrow will bring. What if, Liam gets enough of Zayn and starts a fight? Oh my god, that would be terrible! And what if Zayn makes me sit with him at lunch? What are my new friends going to think? Wait a minute. What if Zayn asks me out? I'd have to have Liam by my side to save me from the anger he would have after I would say no.

"Ally! Don't use too much water!" Aunt Robin warns me from outside, and I pry myself away from the world of What Ifs. Taking one last moment of relaxation, I wrap a towel around my body, and change into some PJs. "Ally, do you have homework?" Aunt Robin asks as I saunter back to my room. "Yes ma'am I do, and I'll get started on it now." I reply, and shut the door before I jump on my bed. Getting out Math first, I get ready for hours of homework. Instead, it took one hour for each. I was happy for myself.

Distantly, I heard the phone ring, and jump up to put my ear on the door. "Hello? Oh hey Ed, how's it going? Good, good. Oh yes, she wore exactly what you sent her to wear, and she is working on her homework right now. Would you like to speak to her? Oh, I see. I better let you go, bye Ed." Aunt Robin said before hanging up. I wonder why he didn't want to talk to me. Must be classified or something.Yawning a bit, I walk out and bid Aunt Robin goodnight.
