Glee: A New Generation

Back at McKinley High School. 20 years ago, they graduated. Now its time for a new generation to come.

1. Barbra Berry

As I walked down the long hallways with my mother, I looked around at all the types of clichés. I noticed the jocks and the cheerleaders, the nerds, and I guess people who you would call normal. Not to pretty, not ugly, not popular and not like geeks. We finally made it to the principals office.

"Hello Mrs. Berry, I am Principal Figgins." He said as he stood up and shook my hand.

"Hello, I am Barbra Rachel Berry. It is very nice to meet you sir." I said proudly as I shook his hand. He talked to my mother, then to me, then my mother again. When they were finished, he gave me my class schedule and everything I already had weeks before. When we were finished, I said goodbye to my mother and was walked to class with Principal Figgins. When I first walked in, I noticed something different. But before I could react everyone was laughing. It was my favorite reindeer sweater. I looked up and bravely made my way to my seat as everyone was pointing and laughing. I would not let them see how weak I was. I am strong. I made it through the next few periods until it was time for lunch. Lunch was horrible. I had nowhere to sit and everyone was talking about my sweater. I finished my lunch at an empty table and made my way out of the cafeteria. I noticed a long line for clubs. I read the list that everyone was trying to write on. It was for the cheerleading squad, the Cheerios. I found a pen and started to write my name until a woman in a bright red track suit came up to me and smacked the pen out of my hand.

"No" she said and walked away.

I stood there and looked at the other clubs. I saw one that had only 1 other name on it. I decided to write my name and headed to the auditorium. Maybe my first day wont be so bad after all.
