13. One last time

I could hear the boys downstairs in the family room playing FIFA or whatever soccer/football game it was. I looked in the mirror one last time cheeking to make sure my light blue dress looked good. It was a strapless dress with a poofy bottom. I really liked it but never wore it that often. But I figured since tonight was going to be my last date with Niall then I should dress nice. I heard a knock on my door and I went to open it. Niall stood there wearing a white t-shirt and a nice black blazer and trousers and a red snap-back.

"Are you ready love?" he asked in his Irish accent.

"Almost, I'll be down in a minute Nialler," I smiled before I shut the door.

I walked over to the mirror and check my makeup and then grabbed a small clutch purse and filled it with extra makeup and my phone then headed downstairs. The boys were standing up by the tv holding gaming remotes and yelling at each other. When they saw me the stopped the game.

"Hey Nialler you better get in here!" Louis called out. "She's looking real hot!"

"Yea, if you don't take her out then I will!" Harry called. A second later Niall came walking into the room and glared at Harry.

"Don't you dare," he said before laughing. He walked over to me and grabbed my hand.

"You look amazing," he said softly. I smiled and returned the compliment.

"Ok boys, don't destroy my house," I said before Niall and I left.

We went to a nice little restaurant by the beach. I had never been here before cause it was too expensive to go. Niall got us a seat by the window so we could see the ocean. We talked and laughed. We had so much in common. We ordered our food and talked some more. After we ate Niall grabbed my hand and led me out to the beach. It was dark and only a few people were there. We could hear the rush of the ocean as it raced to shore then receded back into the darkness. Niall sat down on the sand and I sat down closely next to him. I rested my head on his shoulder as he hummed softly under his breath.

"This has been the best week," I whispered. I felt Niall nod.

"It has been for me too," he said as he sat up slightly and I turned to look at him.

"Are you sure you have to go?" I asked. He nodded again.

"If I could I would stay here with you," he whispered as he looked down at the ground. Then he looked up. His blue eyes sparkling in the moon light.

He smiled as he moved his hand to my chin and then leaned in and slowly kissed me. It really felt like a fairytale; fireworks seemed to go off. I moved my hands to his head and twisted my hands in his soft hair.
