I sat down on the couch with a bowel of cereal and turned the tv on. I flipped through the channels until I found cartoons. Yes, cartoons. I enjoyed watching them on Saturdays. And plus it made me feel a bit younger. I took a bite of my cereal when I heard my phone going off in the kitchen where I had left it. I set the bowel down on the glass coffee table and stood up. It was an unknown number.

"Hello?" I answered. There was a small click and then I heard a person.

"Hi, is this Emily McGee?" a lady asked in a high pitched voice.

"Um, yes it is," I hesitated. I had no idea who was calling.

"Well congratulations, your the winner of the One Direction contest!' the lady pipped. I nearly dropped the phone. This had to be a dream or something.

"Your kidding right?" I said without thinking. "There's no way I won!"

"Well as long as your Emily McGee, then you won!" she said again. This time I did drop my phone. I quickly bent down and picked it up. "Yes, well, we will be sending you the information about it all on your email," she said. "Now goodbye," she said and quickly hung up. I couldn't believe I had won! I quickly went to my office and opened up my laptop and waited for it to load and then went to my email. Right there, the last email received was the email about One Direction. I quickly clicked on it.

I read it so fast all I really registered was that they would be coming May 30. That was in like a week and a half! I nearly screamed. I read a bit more, about how I can't take pictures of them and post them online. Blah Blah Blah. Can't take them out in public too much. Blah Blah Blah. That was pretty much it, useless information. The only think I really cared about was the week and a half. Just a week and a half.
