Lame.

And when the night gets dark, and there's no way back, I'll call your name, but it's fading, we're fading; After leaving school for nine months, Fenella is ready to go to high school again.... Just not ready to face her best friend and former crush Calum. What Calum doesn't know is that he's the father of Fenella's baby. When given the chance to raise his child, even though both parents are only 16, the opportunity is taken away when he finds out that Fenella is going out with his now ex-friend Ashton Irwin.

25. Not Going Home

Fenella's POV

It wasn't long after that, when he broke his promise. School had ended about two weeks after the big fight. At some point, he got annoyed with Calum again, especially since now, me and Calum would be together every minute of the day, just being at home and driving the both of us to school until the last day when he had to go visit his mom, meaning Cal and I had to walk that day. We didn't mind though, honestly.

"Hey Farah?" He called me, as we both started walking, him still behind me."

"What's up Cal?" I stood at the end of the side walk, waiting for him to catch up.

"So... Um, yeah. My sister kinda said I can't live with her."

"Aw, why not?" I wasn't really that upset he couldn't go. I was actually glad. We hadn't really talked about the kiss, but besides that, having him around the house was more fun. Ash has had more time to himself since Cal volunteers to help, and we've been catching up a lot on the last nine months I missed school. Everything was like how it used to be.

"She's gonna be on tour with her 'Voice' friends and she doesn't trust to be alone cause she knows I'll set the house on fire or something."

"Is your mom still mad at you?"

"Called her twice a day, everday for the past two weeks. No answer."

"Well, like I said, feel free to stay as long as you like. I feel really bad though, so today, after school. We wil, walk to your house and I will talk to your mom."

"Are you sure that's the best idea?"

"Calum, she's your mom. She can't hate you forever. She's gonna be a grandmother.. Kinda, and she's just gonna have to accept it. It's not like I'm forcing this child upon her like I did with my parents. That's why Ashton is here. Once we explain to her about our little predicament, everything will hopefully be ok between you two."

"You didn't plan this out at all, did you?"

"Nope.." I said, confidently. "I'm just gonna wing everything, like I usually do."

"Oh no..." he mumbled, just as I knocked on his door.

"Who is it?" The voice rang from the other side of the door.

"The person you possibly hate but is here to explain so you don't hate your son."

"Oh lord..." Calum hid his face in his hands, shaking his face back in forth in embarrassment.

"If this Calum's friend Fenella, then I'd very much, like you to go please. I have nothing to say to you."

I glared at the door. "Well then Mrs. Hood, I apologize, but even if you don't have anything to say to me, I have something to say to you. Now please open the door."
