Lame.

And when the night gets dark, and there's no way back, I'll call your name, but it's fading, we're fading; After leaving school for nine months, Fenella is ready to go to high school again.... Just not ready to face her best friend and former crush Calum. What Calum doesn't know is that he's the father of Fenella's baby. When given the chance to raise his child, even though both parents are only 16, the opportunity is taken away when he finds out that Fenella is going out with his now ex-friend Ashton Irwin.

Calum's POV

I'm going to make that kid love me. He's only a few months old but I don't want him growing up calling Ashton his dad. I lost Fenella already, I'm not going to lose my own child... But how do I explain this to my parents?

I shook the though out of my head as I saw Fenella walk in the math room, looking like she was about to throw up. Immedialy worried, I jumped up and helped her into the seat next to mine.

"Oh my god, Fen, are you ok?" She held her stomach. She was obviously in a lot of pain. "Do you need a nurse?"

She nodded. The teacher could see what was going on and pointed to me where the passes were as I helped Fenella off the seat. On the way out the door, I grabbed the trash can so there wouldn't be any 'accidents' and let her hold it in front of her.

"Fen, what's wrong, you were fine a few mintues ago?" I looked at her and she looked miserable and empty inside, but something was wrong and she was obviously not going to tell me.

"I'll explain later, can you just call Ashton and ask him to pick me up. I don't think it's a good idea for me to stay here." She handed me her phone and I scrolled through her contacts.

"Hello?" I heard a more authentic Australian accent than my own say.

"Hey, is this Ashton?"

"Um.. Yeah, who is this and why do you have Fennie's phone?"

"This is her... Friend, she's not feeling well and asked if you could pick her up." I said, not wanting to give out my name just in case he knew who I was.

"Oh my god, thanks. I'll be right there." The phone went dead and I put it back in Fenella's bag.

I walked back into the nurses office and saw her throwing up into the trashcan.

"So what's the prob Nurse Janey?"

"Nothing too bad. Fen's just having trouble adapting to this new environment since she's been at home for almost a year. She just needs to take these meds three times a day and she'll be good, as long as she has her parent's permission to take them."

Before I could thank the nurse, a fluffy haired teenager walked in the room and pushed me aside.

"Fen, are you ok?"

She held onto her forehead and nodded. He thanked the nurse and helped Fen out the door and out the school.
