12. Justin! My...

"I'm gonna take a shower." Stacy said kissing Justin's cheek.

"Okay." He said kissing her back. He was laying in bed watching 'Family Guy'.

*Justin's POV*

"Justin!" Stacy yelled from the bathroom. I ran in the bathroom. "My water just broke."

"Oh my gosh." I stood there for a minute. "Okay, hold on." I ran and got her a shirt and some pants. She put them on, and we went out the door and into her car. Stacy was yelling from the pain the whole car ride.

"Justin!"

"What?" I said focusing on the road.

"I know this car can go a hell of a lot faster."

"Bae, I can't go over the speed limit. I have to get us there safely."

"Why not fast and safely?"

"I'm getting there as fast as I can. Just breathe."

"I'm breathing. Trust me, I am."

"Good." I was panicking, I didn't know what to do. We got to the hospital. "Uhh, she's in labor." I said to the lady behind the desk.

"Okay." She dialed a number, a minute later some doctors came through the door with a gurney. They lifted her up and took her to a room. I followed behind.

"Who are you?" One of the doctors asked me. I wasn't used to getting that question.

"Justin Bieber, her fiance. And father of our child she's having."

"Okay." He said and let me in the room. I walked over to Stacy.

"Hi baby." She was breathing hard. I held her hand. Another doctor walked in the room

"Hi, I just need your name and information."

"Stacy Nicole Johnson."

"Your birth date."

"November 19th, 1994."

"Okay. And this is the father of the child?"

"Yes."

"Is this your first child?"

"Yes."

"Okay. I need you  to change into this." She handed Stacy a gown.

"Okay." Stacy went into the bathroom and changed. When she walked out she got back onto the gurney.

"Okay, I'm just gonna have a look under here, to see if your ready." Ready for what? I though to myself. She looked under the gown. "Okay, its gonna be a while until your body is completely ready. I'm gonna give you some medicine for the pain for now. Alright?"

"Yes." Stacy said quickly. The doctor gave her a shot in her arm.

"I'll be back later to check on you."

---

"It's been two hours. What the hell?" I said frustrated.

"Justin, calm down. We are going to be in here way more than two hours. Some people stay in labor for fifteen hours. I have to push a baby out of me. It takes time to prepare for that. I'll never be fully prepared, my body is gonna take a while. That's just how it is." Stacy said looking at me.

"Shouldn't the doctor be back by now, to check?"

"The doctor knows what she's doing." She grabbed my hand, and kissed it. "You'll be fine. Aren't you supposed to be saying this to me?" She laughed.

"I'm sorry. I'm just nervous." I admitted.

"I know. We'll be fine. Why don't you call our families."

"Alright." I smiled at her. I pulled my phone out my back pocket, dialing my mom's number. "Hey, mom.

"Hey, sweetie." I could tell she was sleep. She still lives in Georgia, they're four hours ahead of of in time. "What's wrong?"

"I'm at the hospital with Stacy. She's in labor. It's been two almost three hours."

"Oh my goodness. Congratulations, baby."

"Thanks mom. I don't know what to do."

"Comfort her, she's gonna need it. I'll be there in a while."

"Aren't you in Atlanta?"

"No."

"Why not?"

"I've been talking to Stacy, she told me her due date was coming up, so I flew out here to California. I'll be there in an hour or so. Okay. I'll see you then. Love you."

"Love you, too."

"What'd she say?" Stacy asked me.

"She'll be here in about an hour."

"Great. Can you call my mom?"

"Yeah." Why didn't she tell me she was in town? I pushed the thought to the side, and called Stacy's mom.

"Hello?"

"Hi, this is Justin."

"What is it? Is something wrong?" Why do people assume things are wrong, when they get a call at night?

"Well, Stacy's in labor. It's already been three hours."

"Okay. I'll flight out as soon as I can. I have to see my grand baby."

"Alright, we'll see you then."

"Can you put Stacy on the phone?"

"Yes." I handed Stacy the phone.

"Hi mom. Thanks. I know. Yes, he's freaking out." She laughed. "I bet. Yes. A girl. No, we don't know yet. I know. Love you, too. Bye. Okay. Bye. I know. Bye. Mom, go back to bed. No, don't cry. Mom, don't cry. Be happy. You'll see your grand daughter soon. Okay? I love you. I know, I'm growing up. I'll have my own family. I miss you, too. Okay." She was laughing and crying at the same time. I love her. "Bye mom, sleep tight. Have happy dreams. Love you." She hung up the phone.

"What was all that?"

She sighed. "I'm growing up. She wishes she was here, but she couldn't get a plane ticket in time. She'll be out here in a few days." She smiled.

"Next question. Why didn't I know my mom was in town?"

"I didn't know she didn't tell you. I though you knew. I'm sorry."

"It's alright." My mom came about an hour after I talked to her.

"Hi, mom." I hugged her as she came in the room.

"Hi, honey." She hugged me back. "So, the day has finally come? I'm gonna be a grandmother." Stacy smiled at her.

"Hi, Pattie."

"Call me mom, honey." She smiled. The two most important women in my life, in one room.

---

The doctor walked in. Finally. It's been five hours. "Hi, Ms. Stacy."

"Hi."

"I'm just gonna check on you, again."

"Alright." She looked under Stacy's gown again.

"Okay, you're not ready just yet. I'll be back later, okay?"

"How long does this normally take?" I blurted out.

"How long does birth normally take?" I shook my head. "Uhh some people take up to twenty-four hours. It depends. This is her first child, it may take a while. It's only been five hours." With that she walked out the door. And we haven't seen her since.

"It's been hours. When is she coming back?" Stacy stared at me.

"It's been three hours. We've been here for eight hours. Calm down, okay?"

"How can I calm down?" I accidentally raised my voiced.

"No need to get snappy mam. I realize your giving birth. Oh, wait. That's me."

"I'm sorry. I. I didn't mean to yell. I'm hungry, tired, nervous, and so much more."

"It's alright. I'm hungry to."

"I don't know you're allowed to eat right now. I'd ask the doctor if she was here. How about I go find her?"

"Or just Google it." My mom said.

"Okay. Siri, is it okay for a woman in labor to eat?"

"Here are three websites that can best answer your question." I clicked the link.

"Yes. Most women feel hungry and thirsty during labour, especially in the early stages. So it’s good to know that having a snack won't harm you or your baby. Far from it, in factEating small snacks or sipping liquids may even help you to cope better with labour. That's because if you haven't had enough to eat or drink, your body starts to break down its own fatty stores to gain the energy it needs. This is called ketosis. Ketosis is your body's natural response to any prolonged physical activity, such as labour, which results in you using more energy than you are taking in. Ketosis can cause nausea, vomiting and headaches. It can also be a sign of exhaustion. So you can see how a few extra calories could really help you to feel and cope better during labour."

"Okay, so. It says you can have snacks."

"Would a sandwich count as a snack?"

"I don't think so. how about yogurt, soup, a plain biscuit, soup, bananas, pasta-"

"Yes."

"Which one?"

"Pasta."

"Okay. What kind?"

"I don't know." This is going to be a long night morning I've lost track time. "Okay. I'll be back as soon as I can.Okay?"

"Honey, you stay here. I'll go. It's fine." My mom said. She kissed my cheek and went out the door.

"Alright." Stacy laughed.

"Oh my..."

"What? What? What?" I asked.

"She's moving around."

"Do you think it's time?" I asked.

"No. I need music."

"What?" I asked confused.

"I need music. She likes it."

"How do you know that?" I asked.

"She always calms down with music. She loves your music. I play her your newest album all the time, and she loves it. I can feel it." She smiled

"Can I sing to her?" I asked, sitting on the bed next to her.

"Of course, we'd both enjoy that."

"Open up to me

That's all you gotta do

Give me all your heart

I'll swat mine out with you

Swap it out with you

Swap it out with you

Come into my world

I'll show my world to you

Swap Swap Swap it out

I can show you what I'm talkin bout

Be obliged just to show you how

Follow my lead that's what you oughta do

No pressure

Swapping out ain't ever been a crime

If it was then I'd do the time

Throw away the keys

Longs as I'm here with you

Forever

Eye for an eye

Remember when I told you

Wipe your pretty eyes

Dry them on my shoulder

You ain't gotta try

Try to get closer

Fifty-fifty deal, let's make a deposit

Stimulate the love

Try it 'fore you knock it

You ain't gotta rush

But, you ain't gotta stop

Is that better, bae?" I asked, with tears in my eyes.

"So much. I told you she loves music. She loves your voice. Just like her mother." She sat up to kiss me. Then the doctor walked in the room. Thank God.

"Hello Ms. Stacy."

"Hello."

"I'm gonna check and see how far along you are. Okay?"

"Fine by me." She looked under her gown, yet again.

"Would you like to look Mr. Bieber?" She asked me.

"Sure."

"From the looks of it, she'll be ready in about two or so more hours." I looked under the gown. I felt dizzy for a second.

"Oh god." I looked away. "Yeah, I'll be standing up there with you while you give birth. I don't think my stomach is that strong."

"Mine either. I definitely wouldn't wanna see that. If someone ever asked me, the answer would have to be 'Hell No' that's how I feel about that. By the way, No cussing when she comes. Okay?"

"Alright."

"I mean it. I don't want us to set a bad example. Then when she's like two or three she'll be cussing like a sailor."

"No she won't." I think the medicines getting to her.

"Yes she will. I used to babysit kids. Their parents cussed all the time. The oldest was four and she cussed. Then the youngest who was one, cussed. His favorite word was 'shit'. No cussing."

"Fine."

---

It's been an hour and a half.

"Okay. I think your ready." Oh God.

---

"Here's your baby girl." She handed the baby to Stacy.

*Stacy's POV*

"Oh my God. She's even more beautiful than I thought she was going to be. She has your eyes." I looked at Justin, who was crying. "Aww, baby."

"I wanna hold her." I handed her over to Justin.

"So, what's her name?" Justin gave her back to me. I looked in her eyes, then up at Justin. Why is this so hard to do?Ugh!

"I don't know."

"That's fine. I can come back. Alright?"

"Alright." Justin looked at me, as she left out the door. "I'm sorry, I panicked. This is the name she'll have her whole life. I want it to be absolutely perfect, no doubts in my mind at all."

"Okay. I understand. What are you thinking?"

"I'm still thinking Kimberly."

"Okay, there's the first name. Now she needs a middle and last name."

"She's gonna have your last name." He smiled.

"Okay, Kimberly... Bieber. Well, Kimberly, what's your middle name?" He cooed at Kimberly.

"What do you want her middle name to be?" I looked up to Justin.

"Uhh, Ann. Kimberly Ann Bieber." He was still looking at Kimberly.

"I love it." I kissed Justin's cheek. "Hi there Kimberly Ann Bieber. You like that name." In that moment I know I saw her smiling at me. Her eyes light up. "Oh my gosh. Did you see that?"

"See what?"

"She smiled at me. I think she loves the name." A tear fell down my cheek. "Who's that?" I pointed to Justin. "That's daddy. Yeah." She put her thumb in her mouth. "Oh yeah. She's totally me. I sucked my thumb so much when I was little." I smiled. "You're gonna have crooked teeth that way."

"Did you?" Justin asked me.

"No. I've had straight teeth my whole life. No braces. I started to suck my thumb after my mom took away my pacifier, I stopped sucking my thumb during the day at like fifteen. And went 'Cold Turkey' at seventeen." I could hear Justin laughing under his breath. "Don't laugh at me, Avisalign."

"How did you know I used to wear those?" He looked surprised.

"Did you forget who I am?" I pretended to looked shocked. "Oh my gosh, It's Justin Bieber. I'm like your number one belieber. I love you." I smiled at him. "Your beliebers know everything, it's a tad bit scary."

"You weren't a crazy belieber, were you?"

"No. What would call crazy? I wouldn't call them crazy, they love you."

"Well, not crazy. I bet you stayed up and wrote fan fictions about me." He smiled.

"What... Pft.... Naw... I've never done that... Ever... I don't have like a few stories and an imagine about you online." I looked down at Kimberly, avoiding Justin's eyes.

"Stacy?"

"Hmm..." I said playing with her hand.

"Stacy?"

"Yes?"

"Look at me."

"No, I'm good. I'm looking at our beautiful child. You should to. Before you know it she'll be gone, off to college and stuff."

"She's a new born. We got about eighteen years until then. Let's talk about you."

"I have a better idea. Let's not."

"Okay, but we'll talk about it later."

"No. No. No, we won't."

"Yes, we will." Just then the doctor came back in.

"Do you have a name?"

"Yes. Kimberly Ann Bieber."

"How do you spell that?"

"K-I-M-B-E-R-L-Y   A-N-N    B-I-E-B-E-R.

"Alright. Kimberly Ann Bieber, born May 28th, 2014. Congratulations." She stamped her foot on her Birth Certificate. "And you are ready and set to go home."

"Thank you." I got up off of the bed.

"Ms. Johnson."

"Yes."

"You have to stay in a wheelchair until you are off the premises."

"Okay." I got in the wheelchair. Justin pushed me out to the car. "Justin?"

"Yeah?"

"What about the car seat?" I asked.

"It's in the trunk. After it came in the mail I put it in there, that way we won't forget it." I smiled.

"Smarty pants." He put the car seat in the back and strapped Kimberly in.

"We are all set and ready to go." I got in the passenger seat and Justin drove us home. We put Kim in her bed, after she fell asleep in the car. Me and Justin headed up to our bed. "So, about you writing fan fan fiction." Oh gosh. He remembered. Dang it.

"Can we talk about this later? I'm tired." I said as an excuse to not talk about it.

"No you're not."

"Yes. I am. Now good night. Morning whatever." I pulled the cover over me and closed my eyes. Does he forget anything. I don't think so. How am I gonna talk my way out of this one? I screwed up. Why the hell did I say anything about writing, crap.

---

"Bae. Bae. Bae." Justin said shaking me.

"What?" I said still half asleep.

"The baby's crying." He whined.

"Go get her." He got out the bed.

"Hey, daddy's got you." I heard Justin say to Kim. I decided that's one of her nicknames. "There's no milk in there. You hungry. Mommy's got milk, okay?" Justin handed her over to me. "There you go."

"Awe, is someone hungry?" I lifted my shirt and she immediately started to feed. "Yeah, you're hungry alright." I rocked back and forth. She finished after thirty minutes. I couldn't fall back asleep. I put Kim back to sleep in her bed. I crawled back in bed with Justin. All night long me and Justin got up and got Kim out of her bed. We decided on putting crib in our room after we got up for the third time.
