28. Ariana

Lillian's POV

I sat in the car as Justin drove. "Do you think she's okay?" I asked Justin. He nodded smiling. "I'm sure she's fine babe." He said. I was really hoping he was right. I didn't want anything to happen to my baby. She's supposed to come next month sometime in March. Having her early could be a problem.

Justin and I arrived at the hospital. He got out of the car and came over to the other side to help me out. I shook my head. "No. I'm fine." I politely said. I got out and walked into the hospital.

There were lots of people there. There was a boy with a fractured foot, a woman sitting in the corner rocking back in forth. Um... Okay? And a little girl throwing up. Aw. Nobody was near her, helping her or anything. I walked over to her and held her hair back making it easier for her. She wiped her mouth then looked at me.

"Thank you ma'am." She kindly said. I smiled. "No problem sweetheart. What's your name?" I asked looking at her. "My name is Ariana. But not lots of people don't like my name and me.." She said looking down. I lifted her chin up. "Don't worry about others say darling. Ariana is a beautiful name and you are a beautiful girl." I responded. She smiled.

Justin's POV

I walked over to the front desk as Lillian went to go and sit down. "Excuse me?" I said looking at this woman. She sighed. "What's your problem sir?" She asked. "Okay so my fiancé's 8 months pregnant and she bleeding a bit down there.. So I assume we have a problem." I explained. The woman nodded and quickly stood up. I watched as she went over and got a wheel chair. She came back over to me.

"Where is she?" The lady asked. I pointed at Lillian, sitting in the waiting room. The lady and I walked over to her. "Hello ma'am. Would you please sit in this wheel chair so we could get you checked out?" The nurse asked. Lillian nodded and got in the wheel chair. She said 'bye' to the little girl and there we went down the halls.

We got to the hospital room and Lillian went to change into the hospital gown the nurse gave her. My phone began ringing. Mom.

"Hello?" I said.

"Justin!" She nearly screamed.

"Mom? What's wrong?" I asked.

"Is everything okay? Where's Lillian?" She asked.

"Lillian's back in the hospital. She was bleeding a bit down there.." I responded.

"Oh my.. Is the baby okay?" She asked.

"I don't know. I hope so." I said sighing.

"Okay.. Well take care of Lillian. And that baby!" She said.

After that I sat there waiting for Lillian to come back. Once she came back she laid on the hospital bed.

"You okay?" I asked. She nodded. The doctor came in and inspected Lillian. In ways I DEFIANTLY didn't understand. He did an ultrasound to see what the baby was up to. She moved around a bit. Thank god she was alright. "Lillian get some rest and tomorrow we'll see how things go." The doctor said.

Lillian and I laid there in the hospital bed that night praying and hoping that our baby was gonna be okay.

Lillian's POV

I woke up the next morning looked around. Justin was sitting across from me eating food. I waved at him. "Hi!" He said with a full mouth. I giggled at him. "I got you food." Justin said handing me a bag. I sat there with him eating the food. I mean.. Isn't it bad to eat fried food in the hospital? Eh whatevs.

I sat there eating when all of a sudden I felt something leak. "Um Justin?" I said moving to get comfortable. "Huh?" He asked. "My water broke." I told him. "Oh here." He said taking a sip of his drink handing me the bottle of water. I smacked it away. "No.. No no the baby's coming today. Like now!" I said. Justin jumped and screamed. I smacked him. "Stop! Go get the doctor!" I demanded. Justin left the room to find the man.

I got up and looked at the bed. There was a large puddle of blood on the bed. The doctors came in and observed the bed. "Emergency c-section."

I laid there on the surgery table as the doctors literally dissected me. I held onto Justin's hand tightly trying to ignore the pain. "Don't worry babe. She's coming at any time." Justin said rubbing my hand. I weakly smiled. "She's out!" I heard one of the nurses say. I bursted out crying. Justin wiped away the tears. "Why are you crying?" He asked. "Our baby's here Justin.." I responded. But there was no cry. I was starting to get worried.

I laid there in bed and watched Justin hold the baby. I was surprised of how fast she came. But I never got to touch her yet. "Lillian." Justin said looking at the baby. "Huh?" I asked. "Her eyes." He said. It's like I almost forget she could be either Justin or Joey's baby. I got up and walked over to Justin and the baby. I looked into her eyes. They were a really blue shade. Justin's eyes were brown. Joey's were grey and mine are green. I gasped.

"She's just a special baby." Justin sighed. "I don't know. Something doesn't seem right.." Justin said. "She'll be fine. Don't worry please. So... Her name?" I asked. "I don't know.. You?" Justin said. "I know.. Ariana. I met this really sweet little girl yesterday named Ariana. And I loved her name. And her. Of course. So yeah." I said. Justin laughed at me. I laughed too. We sat there and looked at ARIANA. "Ariana Elise Bieber." She was very cute. And her eyes were beautiful;

Until the doctor determined the reason for it.

'The Next Day'

I sat there playing with Ariana. She looked around at the scenery. At least I thought. Justin was out at the time getting food. When it all happened. The doctor came in the room and looked at Ariana. "Um hi.." I awkwardly said. The doctor sighed. "Lillian.. I'm sorry to have to tell you this.. But Ariana is blind." I felt my heart stop.
