7. Nine Minutes.

"You look like you're in trouble, let me help."

I looked up from the damp, gravelled path I was strewn across only to be shocked in finding a creepy clown staring down at me. It held out its white gloved hand in offer to help me up. Its multi-coloured painted face faked a cold smile as it continued to stare, the paint shadowing the deep wrinkles of the being under the costume. It's eye's pierced mine, dark and desperate. I attempted to pick myself up off of the cold ground but I just couldn't. The harder I tried to get up the heavier my body felt and the stronger the force was pulling me down. I could feel the clown's eyes travel over my body making my skin crawl as I struggled, keeping its arm stretched out in my direction and waiting. Just waiting. Slowly I reached my hand out in attempt to take hold of the one in front of me. But I didn't want to do that. My mind was trying to pull my arm back in but it just wouldn't. The clown continued to stare down at me, his dark eyes not leaving mine once. It was controlling me. My hand got closer and closer as I continued to try and increase the distance between us.

"Kasey." The clown eerily said my name as our hands were only millimetres apart.

"Kasey." And then again. But its voice had changed this time it was slightly softer and a little panicked.

"Kasey!" My eyes instantly shot open and I was met by a curly haired guy’s warm torso wrapped around my body. I quickly swivelled my body around diving myself into the comforting arms of Harry as a small tear fell down my cheek.

"It's ok, I've got you. It was just a dream." Harry's arms gripped tightly onto my body rocking me back and forth like a child. After a few moments I lifted my head up looking into his eyes.

"I'm sorry." I apologized moving out of his hold. His face then turned concerned as he held my hand.

"Kasey, it was a nightmare. You didn't do anything wrong." Harry replied and obviously didn't understand why I was apologizing. I was acting so childish. But I decided to leave it at that throwing him a small smile and giving him a quick hug.

"Hey, cheer up. Liam's back today." Harry raised my head up with his thumb smiling down at me, his sparkling eyes lighting up his perfect face. He knew that would make me feel better. A huge grin appeared on my face as I quickly raced into the bathroom.

"I need to get ready!" I shouted as I left Harry sat on the bed chuckling to himself.

When I enter the bathroom I quickly strip off my clothes diving straight into the shower, the warm water relaxing my muscles as it hits my bare skin. I only showered for about fifteen minutes as I still needed to get dressed and...Oh crap...I forgot to bring my clothes in with me. I step out of the shower grabbing the soft warm towel that was hanging on the back of the door. I swiftly wrapped it around my damp body then opened the bathroom door and walked into the bedroom. Relief swept over my body as I saw Harry had drifted back off to sleep. He would only make a big thing about it if he noticed me. I quietly tiptoed over to my wardrobe holding the towel tightly then quietly opened it revealing my clothes. I grabbed out a simple white shirt with gold buttons that ran all the way down. I then stood on my tiptoes to reach the pair of skinny jeans I wanted to wear when Harry grabbed my waist from behind shouting 'Boo!' and dragging me backwards towards him. A fit of giggles exploded from me as he tickles my sides. As he continues I begin to struggle from his grip and he eventually gives in, his cheeky eyes looking me up and down before letting me go.

After the crazy interruption from Harry I then make my way back into the bathroom with my clothes and get myself ready. Once I am dressed I quickly put on a little mascara and tie up my hair in a high pony tail making sure to slightly curl the ends. I then leave the bathroom heading back into the bedroom where I see Harry sat on the edge of the bed ready to leave.

"How long do you need to take!?" He wined as I walked out with a huge smile on my face.

"It takes time to look this good." I joked back throwing a wink in his direction as I picked up my cardigan.

"Excited?" Harry questioned me chuckling at my enthused attitude.

"Well duh!" I replied skipping towards him grabbing his hand and dragging him along behind me. Of course I was excited, I hadn't seen Liam in 6 weeks and it was killing me. But, I was kind of nervous to. What if it all came back? The way I felt about him, the way he felt about me. The memoires.

Harry and I both made our way downstairs, Harry picking up his car keys on the way and me slipping my shoes on. When I was done I then headed for the front door, unlocking and opening it.

"Don't you want breakfast first?" Harry asked exiting the kitchen with an apple in his hand.

"No come on! Liam gets back to his in..." I quickly glanced at my phone checking the time as Harry took a few bites of his apple.

"IN NINE MINUTES!" I raised my voice opening the door wider and encouraging him to leave. He then rolled his eyes still chomping on his apple as he left the house and headed for the car. I quickly followed locking the front door behind me and scurrying down the path. Harry held open the vehicle door for me. Such a gentleman. I took a deep breath before getting in. Well here goes, if I wasn't sure about the feelings flooding back before, I sure will be soon.
