DELILAH *Sequel*

I guess I'm not the daughter that they expected to have. Oh well.
My mother (the only person in this world that defends me) was diagnosed with lung cancer just a few months ago, and none of us even want to think about how much longer she has. My older sister, Minnie, just went off to college, and without daddy's little princess in the house, he gets mad about everything and anything. He hates the love of my life, my friends, my job and all the other things in my life that I love.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, my father is Harry Styles... Right?

Part II to MINNIE (A Harry Styles Fan-fiction)

8. Eight

"Hi, Lou." I said, collapsing into Louis' little black car. I kissed him on the cheek as he changed gears.

"Afternoon, lovely." He pulled out onto the street and I sighed. "So... Dad tells me that you've been acting different lately." He didn't hesitate to start with questions, I rolled my eyes.

"Hmm... I guess." i mumbled.

"You know, the guy doesn't give a shit about you. William is his name, yeah?"

"You know about that?"

"I'm the only one." he assured me.

"You know what, I don't want to talk about this. Cause then I'll just end up crying again." I ran a hand through my hair.

"It's okay to cry, cry all you want. Cry a river if you have to." he chuckled. "But he loves you, you know. You should've seen how crazy the kid was about you when you were born. It was like we couldn't peel him off of you. He was obsessed."

"Yeah yeah." I looked out the window until the sun started hurting my eyes.

"I'm not kiddi-"

"What if William isn't such a bad guy? What if he really does care about me? He wouldn't have came here if he didn't right?"

"Don't. He doesn't"

"You don't even know him Louis. You probably never even met him. He'll probably treat me better than Harry does." I growled.

"You don't know him either, Delilah. The bastard is dangerous."

"People can change. And I'm his daughter."

"Barely." He pulled into the driveway and settled the car into park.

"Whatever. Thanks for driving me home."

"Anytime, honey bun. Do I get a squeeze?" I leaned over and hugged him quickly, then exited the car.

"Where've you been?" Dad asked, standing at the top of the steps.

"I had to stay after school to retake a test."

"You were probably hanging out with that damn boy again. I told you I don't want you anywhere near him."

"I wasn't. I was at school I swear. Louis brought me home." He met me at the bottom, staring at me with icy eyes.

"I'm tired of you lying to me, Delilah. I don't want to have to keep you in your room all the time. I'm trying to trust you and your not making it easy for me."

"I'm not lying to you! Why are you accusing me of something I didn't do? Why can't you just believe me?"

"And why can't you be more like your sister? She has good friends and good grades and she's not running around with guys on motorcycles."

"She's a whore!" I shouted, and covered my mouth afterwards. He reached for my arm and I fell to my knees. Dad has never put his hands on me, ever. I didn't even know who I was looking at right now. His fingers pressed into my skin and I swatted at him. "Dad you're hurting me."

"Harry what the hell do you think you're doing..." Mom pushed him. "Get your hands off of my daughter." He let go of me, shocked at her words. She started screaming at him, but I couldn't hear because my ears were ringing. So I ran. I ran as fast as I could. Out the door and onto the streets.
