18. All I needed to know

Harry's POV.

I woke up to...heaven. I was led there right next to Scarlett as she slept. There was no better place.

I don't know how long I stared at her until her voice broke my trance, "Stop watching me. I can feel your eyes." Scarlett murmured sleepily as her eyes fluttered open.

I shrugged, "Pretty hard not too."

She just rolled her eyes at that, "Go home, Harry."

I frowned, "But what if I want to stay here?"

She stared at me for a moment, "You seriously don't remember?"

I crinkled my brow, "What?"

"It's your wedding reception this afternoon." she smiled sadly.

Damn it! I forgot about that. Amber insisted we have the Reception 2 weeks before the wedding and well it was today. I closed my eyes tightly, trying not too look at Scarlett. I'm sure a look of disappointment was all over it.

"Just go, Harry." she whispered.

I groaned loudly, "I'll go. Sorry for last night."

She ignored me as she left the room. I was such a douche.

Scarlett's POV.

"Come on, you just let him go?" Madison squealed at me in horror.

I nodded, "He's getting married Madison. Let's face it, it's happening whether I like it or not."

She glared at me, "The Scarlett I know wouldn't just give up."

Well she's changed, I thought. And she had. Harry had made sure of that. Riley had helped too.

"Whatever. We'll just have to get you a killer dress for the Reception tonight." Madison smirked mischievously.

A look of horror filled my face, "No pink."

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After trying on dressed for the morning, Madison and I had both got killer dresses. Madison's was a bright and colorful, floral dress which suited her perfectly. She paired it with a pair of bright blue heels.

And mine? Well I didn't know because Madison wouldn't let me see it. I hadn't even tried it on. She just grabbed it and wouldn't let me see it.

"If it's some skimpy mini dress, I'm going to kill you!" I growled as she held up the bag.

She fake gasped, "Who do you think I am? Miley Cyrus?"

That thought disturbing images to my head. But I really hoped it wasn't too skimpy. I didn't want to look like a hoe.

"Okay you can see it now." she grinned as she handed me the bag, obviously seeing how desperate I was.

She would have to show me soon anyway, because it started in a couple of hours.

I opened up the bag to reveal a beautiful two piece gold dress.

I gasped, "Oh my god...I love it."

The more I looked at it the more I liked it, "Thank you!" I squealed as I embraced her in a hug.

Half an hour later, and I was ready to go. Makeup, hair, dress on and shoes. Which from the look of them, looked like they would be killing me later. I looked at myself in the mirror and frowned, "It's not too flashy?" I asked.

"God no! You look like a frickin' super model!" she shrieked excitedly as she looked at me.

I frowned at the Super Model bit, I didn't want to be like Amber. But I smiled. I loved the dress, so I was a happy bunny.

"Oh shit! We gotta get going, Scar!" Madison cursed.

I looked at the time, "We've got 30 minutes." I frowned.

"No, I need to sort out my hair once I get there. It might get messy!" she explained casually.

I shook my head, I really did have the best and the weirdest friends.

"Well let's go then." I chirped.

Amber's POV.

I had one last stop to make before I went to the Reception.

I walked into the stone building and walked towards the desk where a man sat, "I'm Amber Sparks. I spoke to you over the phone?" I said politely.

The man checked his notes before nodding and leading me down the hallway. The walls were dark and dreary and the smell wasn't even describable. You would think this sort of place would be cleaner.

When we finally reached where I needed to be, I thanked the man and perched onto the stool where a glass pane stood in front of me.

I waited impatiently before the person I came to see, sat on the other side of the glass.

He snickered, "What are you doing here?"

I straightened my back, "I came here for answers."

He just quirked a brow at me, "What sort?"

I grew angry, "Don't play around with me. You know just the kind I'm talking about. To do with my fiance." I scowled.

He smirked, "Well if that's all you want, sure."

I stared in surprise. I didn't think it would be that easy.

"I've got nothing else to do. And I have a feeling you won't like the answers." he shrugged cockily.

I gulped, "Whatever. So my first question is-"

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Half an hour later, I had my answers. And he was right, I didn't like them. Not one bit. Shit was going to go down. And she was going to pay.

Riley had told me all I needed.

A/N
