Sparks Fly

It's Kylie's first year in England, and also at their Highschool. She came from America, so everything is different than what she is used to. She runs into people that end up being her best friends, and some of her worst nightmares. She isn't what would be considered very popular, so when someone comes and takes her under their wing, everything will finally change for her, but is that a good thing? What will her parents think of him? Will his bad boy name rub off on her?

9. Party

I ran into the house, where my mum was sitting at the kitchen table. "Hey, are you going to that party with Harry?" She asked, getting up. "Yeah I am. He said he talked to you about it." I said, setting all of my stuff down. "Yeah, and I told him it was fine. Just please be careful.' My mum whispered into my ear as she hugging me. "I will. I promise. I'm going to go get ready for the party. I only have a few hours." I said, before hurrying up stairs to my room. I knew I was going to wear a strapless dress, so I went ahead and grabbed a red strapless bra, and matching underwear, before heading to the bathroom. I started the water, and before undressing, I quickly glanced at my phone, where their was a text from Harry.

(Harry) "Bring an extra set of clothes for after the business party. Louis is throwing a party at his house after. ;)"

I sat down my phone, turned on the radio, undressed, then got into the shower. I just stood there for a few seconds, and enjoyed the hot water run off of my body, before I actually started washing my hair. I was playing Ed Sheeran's album, and "You need me, I don't need you" Was playing. I was rapping with Ed as I finished my shower. I quickly wrapped my hair up in a towel, and got a bigger one for my body. I quickly put on the bra and underwear, before wrapping my self in the towel again to go into my closet to get my dress. I got a cute, short, poofy red dress, and quickly put it on. I had about an hour and a half before Harry was going to get here, and it was going to take at least an hour to do my hair I sprayed heat protectant in my hair, and started blow drying it as quickly as I possibly could, then started heating up my curling wand. It took me the whole hour I thought I would need, plus fifteen minutes to completely blow dry and curl my hair perfectly. I hurried to my make up, and put on some red lipstick that matched the dress, and for my eyes did a thick cat-eye with eyeliner, and some mascara to make my lashes look longer. I went to my jewelry box, and found a matching set of snowflake earrings, necklace, and ring, then just put some sparkly silver bracelets on. I grabbed my small, black Gucci bag that I got last year for my birthday, and put my phone in it. I finally made it to my shoes, and put on tall, black heels that criss-crossed around my ankles. I hurried and threw the other outfit into a small tote I found in my closet. "Kylie, Harry is here!" My mum yelled from downstairs. I grabbed everything, and hurried down the stairs, where I met a very well dressed Harry. "Wow, you look stunning." Harry said, walking over to me. "I was about to say that to you." I said, looking him up and down. "Well, you kids have fun. Let me know if anything happens, or you need something." My mum said. I looked at her for a moment. "What?" She finally asked. "Curfew?" I questioned. I always had a very strict curfew, so I wanted to make sure everyone know exactly when it was. "There is no curfew tonight. You two just go out and have fun. I already talked to Harry's mum, and she said if anything happened, to where you couldn't get home, she would take care of you." My mum answered. "Really! I don't have a curfew? I love you, and I promise we will be good." I said as we hurried out the door before she could change her mind. We hurried to his car, and we started for the party. "Wow. my mum must really like you. I have always had a curfew." I said as we pulled out of my neighborhood. "Adults always seem to like me. I really don't know why, but I just charm them or something." Harry laughed from the drivers seat. The drive was pretty short, and the party took place at a nice, five star hotel in one of their ball rooms. His mum was already there, waiting for us. We made our way over to these two people talking. there was a woman with long, dark hair, talking to a girl with long dirty blonde hair. Harry interrupted them. "Kylie, this is my mum, and my older sister, Gemma." Harry introduced me. They each held out their hands for me to shake. "Hello! I'm Anne. Harry has told me so much about you! I'm so glad we got to finally meet!" His mum said with a huge smile on her face. She looked like your average mum. She had a sweet gentle face, and small laugh lines at the edges of her mouth. She had stunning eyes like Harry, and the more I looked at them next to each other, the more I saw the resemblance.  Anne was gorgeous, even after having two children, she still managed to maintain a skinny, healthy figure. I looked at everyone else at the party. I was really quite, besides the soft music coming from the front of the room, where a woman was playing a harp. It was pretty uneventful, actually. I had small talk with a few people, and ate some crackers of a small plate before Harry walked over to me. "Lou said the party is starting. Are you ready to go?" Harry whispered. I quickly nodded. He told his mum we were leaving, and she nodded him off. We hurried into his car. "Wait, how are we going to change?" I asked, grabbing my tote bag from the back of his car. "I'm taking you back to my place so we can change." Harry said, as we pulled away from the hotel. I was glad Louis was having a party. Things we getting kind of boring back there. We pulled into his driveway, and hurried out. "You can change in Gemma's room. It's the last door down the hall." Harry said as he unlocked the front door. I hurried to the back room, and quickly laid out my clothes. I didn't have to worry about hair or make-up because that was already done. I put on black, glossy jeans that looked leather, and a red crop top with a zipper in the middle. I changed the jewelry for a silver necklace with a cross on it, silver hoop earrings, a feather ring, and kept on the same bracelets. I double checked myself in Gemma's mirror, then went out into the living room to wait for Harry. I walked around, and looked at the pictures around the room. I saw one of Harry and Gemma together, Harry was really small and adorable. There was another one right next to it of little Harry holding a spider. I smiled. He looked so sweet and innocent. "What are you doing?" Harry asked, scaring me. "oh, nothing just looking at your pictures." I said, smiling at him. He blushed a little. "Are you ready to go?" He asked, pulling me out the door. We got into his car, and started on our way to Louis. "Oh and by the way, you look H-O-T hot." Harry said, winking at me. He looked hot too. His hair was up in the front a little, the first couple buttons on his shirt were unbuttoned, and he was wearing really tight skinny jeans. We finally pulled up to Louis house, where the music was pounding, even through the closed car doors. We got out, and made our way inside, where it was even louder. "Hey guys, glad you could make it." Louis quickly said, before getting pulled away by someone else. "Let's get something to drink." Harry said, putting his hand at the small of my back, guiding me to the kitchen. He grabbed two cups full of something, and handed me one of them. He immediately brought his to his lips and drank. I watched him, before taking a sip of mine. "What is this?" I asked, making a face. "It's beer." Harry said, taking another drink. I watched him, before reluctantly taking another drink. Everyone was dancing to the fast pace music. Harry and I went to the living room, where everyone was. It was burning up in there from all the body heat. I looked around and widened my eyes. They were all grinding. I stopped Harry before we could make our way into the living room and dance. "Hey, how about we get another drink?" I asked. Harry nodded.  It wasn't our first, and you could tell we were both feeling it. I was starting to get a little dizzy. "Come on." Harry said, dragging me into a room away from everyone. He sat me down on the bed, before sitting down next to me.

It was dead silent in the small room.  I felt the touch of his cold hands on my cheek, making me shiver. He looked straight into my eyes. The blazing green, that just pulled you in. He made it feel so right, yet so wrong. He came closer, until our lips almost met. I gasped, and turned my head to the side. He stared at me, and clenched his jaw. Goosebumps spread across my skin. "I won't do anything to ever hurt you." He said, in a deep, raspy voice. I looked back into his dark green eyes. It was amazing, how they could be both intimidating, yet so inviting.

I gave in. He smiled, and ran his arms down my back, making me gasp again. My body went stiff. He pulled me closer to him, and searched my face. He knew I was scared. Before I knew what was happening, I was kissing him. My body reacted, and threw my arms around his neck, and ran my fingers through his curly brown hair. My brain blacked out, and my heart took over.A smile spread across his lips. He pulled away, and looked at me. "I knew you wanted me." He said, roughly. I was in shock. My eyes searched his face. He kissed me again, but more passionate. He laid me down on my back, and hovered over me, never breaking the kiss. His shirt was already unbuttoned, and it was the first time I've seen him shirtless this close. His hands fumbled with the zipper on my shirt. "Harry... no." I said, pushing his hands away. He didn't give up. "Harry. Stop. You're drunk." I said, pushing him off. I sat up on the bed, but he still didn't give up. He sat up behind me and started kissing my neck. "Harry..." I started. "Shhhh." He said against my skin. He once again tried to lay me back down. "Harry. Stop it." I said a little louder, but this time he wouldn't get up. I kept yelling at him, but he wasn't stopping. I heard the door open and Harry stopped. "What do you think you are doing?" Liam asked from the doorway. I jumped off of the bed and walked over to him. "Did he...touch you?" He whispered to me. I shook my head, and Liam sighed of relief. "I'm going to take you home, because clearly both of you are too drunk to drive home. Harry, you are staying here at Lou's tonight. Come on, we have got to go." Liam said, leading me out of the bedroom, and towards the door. I heard Harry curse loudly through the bedroom door. I got my stuff out of Harry's car, and made my way to Liam's. The drive home was practically silent. We pulled into my driveway and just sat there. "Do you want me to walk you to the door?" Liam asked, breaking the silence. "No..........well, yeah." I gave in. We opened our doors, and got out Liam walked next to me slowly. "Look, Liam. I'm sorry about everything-" I started. "No. Let's not talk about this. It's ok." Liam interrupted. I just looked to the ground. I put my jacket on, as we made our way to my front door. Liam rang the bell and we waited. My mum answered it in her robe. "Hey. Where's Harry?" She asked, looking at Liam. "uhm." I started. "...He ate a bad shrimp at the business party, so I offered to drive her home for him so he could get some rest." I nodded. "Ok. Your dad and I are watching a movie upstairs. Feel free to join us if you aren't too tired." My mum said as she left me and Liam alone. "Thank you, for saying that." I said, turning to him. "Hey, it's no big deal. I'll talk to you later. Good night." Liam said, turning to leave. "Good night." I whispered back as I shut the door. I went upstairs and changed into something I could sleep in. I turned off every light, and crawled into my bed. I just stared at the ceiling for a few minutes, before bursting into tears. My mind kept playing through the last time I saw Harry tonight. I know he was drunk, but if Liam wouldn't have walked in, something very bad could have happened. Sure I liked Harry. A lot, but I wasn't ready for something like this. He is my first real boyfriend, and taking a step that big was too much for me to handle, especially being intoxicated. I just couldn't stop crying, and thinking about what could have happened in that bedroom. My eyes started getting heavy, and my tears stopped, until I faded into a dreamless sleep.
