3. First Class! First Shoot! And a Lazy Day!

~Brooklyn's P.O.V.~

Once I had got home yesterday, Lily and McKinlee had told me all about their wonderful days and I told them about Will.

"Is he cute?!".

"What's he look like?!"

"How old is he?!"

Were just a few of the questions that Lily and McKinlee had asked me.

Lily had told us about her meeting the wicked witch of the west at the modeling agency and McKinlee has a class today at 2 for a new show! I however, have decided to take Will up on his offer, he called me and was thrilled when I asked him to show me around today but he doesn't get off till 3 so I decided to go to the nearby park, I have driven by for the past few days. I was just about to walk out the door when McKinlee called after me.

"Wait up! I'm coming with! I just need you to drop me off at the agency for my class around 2."

"Okay!" I agreed and I grabbed my bag, camera and keys, as we walked out the door.

~~

"I'm nervous..." McKinlee breathed.

"Don't be!" I soothed. "You are an amazing actress. These classes are just extra help. I already know that you are gonna crush your audition!" I perked.

~McKinlee's P.O.V.~

"I hope..." I sighed, hoping out of the car. I waved goodbye to Brooke, who gave me a thumbs up, and took a deep breathwalking confidentially into the office.

"Hello, are you Alicia Johnson?" I asked a bit shaky.

"Yes." She replied, friendly.

"Hi, I'm McKinlee Maison and I'm here for the Living with Four, Older Brothers class at 2 o'clock."

"Oh, Yes! You are going to take the elevator to floor 5 and it will be room 2!" She explained.

"Thank you!" I grinned walking towards the elevator.

"HOLD THE ELEVATOR!" a demanding voice called.

A tall brunette with her phone pressed to her ear, wearing stilettos and a short mini dress came strutting in the elevator.

"I don't know, Henry! Just find it and fix it, NOW!" She screamed into her phone then hanging up. She stood there tapping her foot.

"Hi, I'm McKi-"

"Whatever." She huffed.

Wait. Wut?

"Excuse me?" I asked, shocked.

"What?" She asked.

"I said. Hello." I replied.

"And I said. Whatever." She repeated with a scowl.

"Well, that's rude." I spat back.

"Ding!" The elevators doors opened and she spun on her heels, turning towards me with an annoyed smile on her face.

"Look. I am here for one reason only. I don't have time, for wanna-bes. So if you'll excuse me." She scoffed with a disgusting laugh, then walked away. I was happy she was leaving until she opened a door and walked in.
I was too busy gaping at miss Barbie to notice that this was my floor as well and the room she walked into was Room 2.

Oh fun.

~Brooke's P.O.V.~

After I dropped McKinlee off at the office, I drove back towards our house, stopping at the average-sized park.

There were kids running around and birds chirping. I pulled out my camera and positioned it on a small butterfly that was flying around a small pink flower. I snapped the picture, satisfied and turning focusing on something else.

This time I focused on a small blonde haired girl with a bright yellow and blue, polka-dotted dress on. She was spinning around with her arms in the air.

"Hello... Miss..." A voice said, tapping my shoulder.

I spun around to see an older woman with Blonde hair, quite like the small girl.

"Hello..." I smiled.

"Hi, Um.. Are you by chance a photographer?" She asked.

"Well... Yes, I am." I exclaimed.

"Great! I saw you taking pictures of things and of my daughter and I have been looking for someone to do summer pictures of my little girl." She said glancing at the small girl I had taken a few shots of.

"I recently moved here and am in the process of opening a shop not too far from here." I smiled.

"Wonderful! I would love for someone close by! And someone who's not too pricey."

"I have a website, if you would like to check it out. And here's my number! I'd be honored to do a shoot."

"Thank you! I'll check out your website and get back to you as soon as possible." The woman grinned with her daughter standing behind her now.

"Alright! I look forward to seeing you!" I smiled as they walked off!

"Woah! My first shoot!

Continuing to take random shots of things I got a text, from Will!

Hey! My boss is making me stay and stock the shelves so I want get off till 6... I'm sorry :( I'll definitely show you around soon! Tomorrow?

Awe, darn. I was looking forward to seeing him...

I thought for a second and then replied.

Sure! I'm free tomorrow! See you then ;)

Great! See you then!

I grabbed my bag and keys, just before hopping in the car and driving to the studio that I had dropped McKinlee off at! She was also texting me, saying that her class was over! I might not have gotten to see Will, but today was still an amazing day so far!

~Lily's P.O.V.~

Today has been a lazy day...

I've sat at home waiting on McKinlee and Brooke to get home.

I called the agency and made an appointment for next week. In this one week I have to become more prepared. I will show Martha, that this seventeen year old is the next top model and I will be known! It won't be easy, but it will be possible! With my computer on my lap, searching through sites and looking at dresses; Brooke and McKinlee walked through the door, both holding starbucks cups!

"We brought you one!" McKinlee smiled handing me the third cup.

"Thanks!" I said gladly taking the warm cup!

"So... I scheduled an appointment for next Friday!" I chirped, taking another sip of my cappuccino!

"Cool!" Brooke and McKinlee smiled! "I possibly have a shoot coming up!"

"Really?" McKinlee and I gasped.

"Mhmm! I saw a woman in the park and she said she wanted someone to take some shots of her daughter!" Brooke explained.

"That's awesome!" McKinlee declared.

"Today's class was okay..." McKinlee sighed.

"What happened?" Brooke and I both asked.

"Yeah, there was this bitch who was in the elevator with me and it turns out me and her are both training for the same part." McKinlee stated.

"So you have to crush this bitch like a bug!" I exclaimed, causing Brooke and McKinlee both to laugh.

"I'm trying, but she kinda good. And she has loads of experience with other acting roles." She continued.

"And you're better!" Brooke stated.

"This is your role and you go in there and take it! We have seen how much you practice! You honestly want it!" I encouraged, and McKinlee smiled weakly.

"Yeah, I guess you guys are right." McKinlee grinned.

"Pshh... tell us something we don't know." I joked high-fiving Brooke, we all just laughed.

"It's okay, McKinlee... I'm nervous about my appointment. Cause I really want this job and the woman keeps telling me that I'm too young, but I'll show them!" I said with anger rising in me as I thought of that stupid client at the front desk.

"I have to prepare my shop soon!" Brooke sighed.

"When are you having your first shoot?" I asked.

"She didn't say... She said she would get back to me..." Brooke stated.

"Oh." McKinlee and I both said in unison.

"Well, I don't have a class tomorrow..." McKinlee declared.

"And I can spare a day to help!" I chirped.

"Well... I can't tomorrow.." Brooked stated, turning slightly red and looking down at her lap.

"Why?" Me and McKinlee both asked.

"I uh... I am going out with Will tomorrow... He's going to show me around." Brooke blushed.

"Ahh!" McKinlee and I both squealed rushing over to the couch, Brooke was sitting on.

"When are we going to meet him?" I asked.

"Soon... He's just showing me around as friends..." Brooke stated, still blushing.

"Showing you around, huh?" McKinlee smirked, poking Brooke.

"Yes! Showing me around... LA!" Brooke said in defense.

"Mhmm... sure..." I winked.

"Ugh! Shut up!" Brooke smirked, rolling her eyes.

It was around 6 when we had decided to order Chinese from the Chinese Hut just a block from our place.

"Let's watch a movie!" I chirped as we all plopped down on a couch.

Flipping through the channels, I saw Pitch Perfect! I am in love with this movie!

Me, McKinlee and Brooke all sang along and laughed our butts off.

"Well if we are going to get anything done tomorrow, we might better go to bed." I yawned looking at my phone screen that had 11:53 in big letters on the lock screen.

"Yeah... probably." Brooke yawned as well.

"Night!" We all said walking up the stairs and each going to our side-by-side rooms.

I quickly took a shower and dressed in my Pajamas. Falling onto my bed, I glanced at my phone. I had a text.

Hey baby. Miss me? ;)

Horrified at what I had just read. I slammed my phone on my bed. Moving to LA was not only to begin my career, but to start over fresh and forget about the past. Not to get here and have my new life be ruined all over again, by Him.
