4. The Moonlight Ball.

Trying to find Justin's going to be so difficult, all the guys are going to be wearing suits.

Not forgetting the fact that EVERYONE has to wear a mask.

I quickly tightened my charm bracelet and placed my mask on to my face before walking through the doors to the dance with Tori.

I laughed to myself as I heard Justin's song "Boyfriend" begin to play as we entered then mentally cringed when the spotlight landed on me and Tori and everyone began to turn round and gasp.

As we reached the bottom of the stairs I could still feel everyone's eyes on me and heard faint whispers from the crowd as we awkwardly walked over to the drinks table.

"Right, so what's the plan?" I asked Tori.

"Well, we've just gotta look for Justin and Cody then you can do your thing." She said simply as she shrugged her shoulders.

After checking about 60 of the guys I groaned inwardly and made my way over to an empty table as Tori carried on looking.

"Excuse me, is there anyone sitting here?" A voice asked.

I shook my head and placed it into my hands.

God, I'm so stupid, why did I ever think he would come?

"You're not and who?" The boy asked as I shook my head again, refusing to look up.

"Look at me." He said; I obeyed and gasped as my eyes met his.

Justin.

Without another word I pulled him up by his hand, quickly gave Tori the thumbs up and dragged him outside.

"Where are we going?" He chuckled.

"Just come on!" I shouted as I grabbed my hidden guitar from behind the bushes and ran towards a bench. "I wrote a song for you." I stated as I began strumming the guitar strings.

"I’m imprisoned, I’ve been living a lie,
Another night of putting on a disguise,
I wanna tear it off and step in the light,
Don’t you, don’t you?

So now I’m knocking at your front door,
And I’m looking for the right cure,
I’m still a little bit unsure,
Cause I know,

Yeah I know.

That most people see me as ordinary,
But if you look close you’ll find I’m very,
Interesting and hard to know,
You can never tell where this might go,
Cause I’m not your average, average person,
I don’t know much, but I know for certain,
That I’m just a little bit extra, extra,
I’m just a little bit extra ordinary.

I can see it from the spark in your eyes,
You believe in all the things you deny,
You wanna fly and leave your worries behind,
Don’t you, don’t you?

Well now I’m knocking at your front door,
And I’m looking for the right cure,
I’m still a little bit unsure,
Cause I know,
Yeah I know.

That most people see me as ordinary,
But if you look close you’ll find I’m very,
Interesting and hard to know,
You can never tell where this might go,
Cause I’m not your average, average person,
I don’t know much, but I know for certain,
That I’m just a little bit extra, extra,
I’m just a little bit extra ordinary."

"Now take off that mask." He demanded as I grinned.

"No, first we dance." I smiled as I put on "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri and began to sing along as Justin held out his hand.

After the song was over we sat down on the bench.

We sat in a comfortable silence until he asked me to remove my mask again.

Just as I went to take it off, Tori came running towards us and pulled me up out of my seat telling me we had to go.

"I'm so sorry Justin, I can't, I have to go." I shouted as we ran towards the exit.

I felt my charm bracelet slip off my wrist and sighed knowing I didn't have time to go get it.

We soon got home to see Anne's limo pulling up infront of the house.. Shit.

I quickly ran upstairs into Anne's room and slipped on her dressing gown to hide my dress.

The door opened and Anne stumbled in slurring her words "Whyyyy arrrrrre youu weaaaring myy goooown?" She asked slowly with a confused look on her face.

"I was admiring it's fluffiness." I said with a smile.

"Anyway, I thought you were having a party here?" I asked as she sat beside me on the bed.

"Well, it turns out you're not the only little miss unpopular around here." She sobbed as she lay her head in my lap.

After a matter of seconds, she fell asleep, I carefully rolled her off me and cringed as she hit the floor but stepped over her, leaving her gown on the chair next to the door and leaving.

I think it's safe to say it's been a long day.

Thank god it's over, all I want to know now is, what will tomorrow bring?
