Are You Insane?

This is my diary. Why are you reading it? Everyone always wants to know everything about me. Why can't anyone just leave me alone? I didn't kill that boy. Or that girl. Or those twins. I didn't kill that old man that kept talking to me. Why can't you see that I am talking to someone? There is somebody there. I know that I always have someone with me.

Dear diary,

I know that I haven't told you anything in a while, but I've been a bit preoccupied. My father is dying. He has lung cancer and is now in the hospital, awaiting an operation to remove the cancer cells. I don't think that I can live without him. I can't, I just can't.

I killed three this time. I killed a set of twins and their dog. They are possible in their early twenties, a boy and a girl, Simon and Sally. The dog was a German Shepherd called Jarvis. I know this because they live in the house opposite ours and I've been watching them for a while now. I decided on the 15th that they needed to die, but I couldn't actually kill them subtly until last night. I had to plan it perfectly. When they went out with their friends and their parents went out to dinner, I crept across to their car, which neither of them had wanted to use that evening. I poured some sort of flammable chemical into the engine (I don't even know what the chemical was, I stole it from the school chemistry department), along with a remote control fire pod. A fire pod is a small gel-like disc that when you press a button on a remote, will instantly burst into flame and engulf everything in the path of the flame. I waited in my own car until the twins returned. I knew that they would take their dog, Jack, for a late night walk. They usually take the car to a field on the other side of town and run around with him there. So when they went into the house within an hour of each other, and came out with the dog, I knew that it was my cue to say goodbye. I crossed over and asked whether they were taking their dog out to the field, Sally had stopped to tell me that they were and to ask me why I wanted to know. I had told them that I just wanted to pet their dog and tell them to be careful because I thought that there were fireworks at that end of town. She thanked me and asked me whether I wanted to join them. I told them that I would love to go with them, but would take my own car because I had to be back early. I let them pull out and gently followed them. When we were on a main road, I pressed the button and watched their car explode.
