~Tuari~

Its been just over a month since I last saw Cora. I had stopped going to school and all I did now was go through all the books I owned in my little underwater shack beneath the lake. I needed to find out what I had turned Cora into. Yes I was still angry with her for kicking me out and leaving me stranded at a party full of humans, but she still had the right to know that she was different. As I searched for answers among my books I felt myself fading away, I needed to feed. But just as I was going to leave to find a snack I found the book that looked like it had the answers. I didnt really bother looking, I just had a feeling that it would be in there so I grabbed it and swam towards the shore. I was starting to feel more and more hungry, which meant spending time among humans wasn't the best idea for me. Normally I wouldn't mind ripping a few bodies apart but I felt the need to stay a good role model for Cora. Maybe she would then see that I could be trusted.

As I ran up Cora's street I noticed that her house was empty, the barn was abandoned. Cora and her mom no longer lived there. Before the pain of the desperate hunger in the pit of my stomach got even worse I ran up to Kota's door and rang the door bell. Kota answered, "Oh Tuari," His eyes were wide with surprise, "You aren't really welcome here anymore." I nodded slightly, "Yah I know and trust me when I say that I am so very sorry about that. But I need you to give this to Cora. She is different and needs to find out how to help herself since she doesn't want me around anymore." He took it without a word, "Um sure." I smirked and then ran off before I could rip his throat open.
