Summer Games

The Summer Games. Every year, teens from all over the world compete in them. Boys against girls, fighting over the ultimate prize. The rules are simple, no cheating, no violence, and most importantly, do NOT associate with anyone on the other teams, not to mention fall in love. And that is why I am screwed.

5. Chapter 5

"Hello everyone!" Annie, the camp director, said cheerfully. "Today you'll start your training for the games!!"

"Wait, they were serious about this 'Hunger Games' thing?" April whispered. I shrugged my shoulders and turned my attention to Annie.

"Lets welcome the trainers to the stage!" Annie said excitedly, her voice booming through the microphone. Four people walked on the stage. Two boys and two girls. "Why not you guys introduce yourselves?" Annie suggested and handed one of them the microphone.

"I am Jillian, and I am going to be training the boys." A tall muscular man said. He had a little bit of black hair and green eyes that looked beautiful with his dark skin. He wore a serious expression on his face but he was relaxed.

"I'm Stephan, I will also be training the boys." A man with beautiful green eyes said. He had blondish brown hair in a sleek quiff and his pink lips looked so soft and kissable.

"I'm Cheri, and I will be training you lovely girls." A woman with flowing blackish brown hair said. She was beautiful. Her blue eyes were filled with happiness and joy. She had the biggest smile on her face and it never faded.

"And I am Ashley. I will be helping Cheri train the girls." The last girl said. She had blonde hair that went down to her shoulders and hazel eyes. Annie smiled and Ashley handed Annie the microphone.

"Well, lets give it up to our wonderful trainers!" Annie smiled. Everyone clapped and Cheri's face was glowing. "They boys you can head that way," Annie said, pointing to her left. "and girls you can just stay here." She smiled. The boys wondered off and it was just us and the trainers.

"We know these games are supposed to be fun, so don't think of us as your trainers." Ashley smiled.

"Think of us as your older sisters. We'll be here if you want to talk, if you need help with anything just come to us." Cheri said cheerfully.

"Okay, now lets do this." Ashley smiled. "Were just going to start with stretches."

"GOSH! That was intense." Sasha said, sweat dripping from her forehead. I nodded my head and threw myself onto my bed.

"I need some water." I croaked.

"Grace is getting some, thank god." April said, taking off her running shoes. I regretted what I wore today. I wore a green Starbucks tank top with leggings. My hair was down, and I, of course, wore my most uncomfortable shoes.

"I'm back!" Grace said in a cheery voice. We all ran up to her and grabbed the water bottles out of her hands.

"Gosh Grace, how are you not sweating?" I gasped, after drinking pretty much my whole bottle of water. She shrugged her shoulders and tossed her iPhone and headphones onto her bunk.

"Well, I take a run every morning. So, I guess my body is just used to being worked out like that." Grace shrugged her shoulders. "And I don't drink that much caffeine. That might help also." She said as she took out her pony tail.

"Well. Lets get prepared for another day full of training."

Super short chapter, I am sooo sorry!!

My mom has been really sick, she's been to Urgent Care two times over the past week and a half and is seeing the doctor tomorrow. She's starting to think that its a kidney thing, but I keep assuring her that it isn't (and my Cheri is actually my moms name, so Cheri in here is kinda a tribute to her, haha(: ). I am working on a new chapter for Life of an EX Eleanor Calder right now, it is sadly coming to an end!! Its so sad, I hate ending a series.

And I also admin a page on Facebook called 'We've got One Direction infection, and there is NO cure' so if you'd like you can go ahead and like it!!
